Самое неприятное, что в счет в феврале включили три бутылки алкоголя из мини-бара, которые мы не брали. Обнаружили нечаянно счет уже дома. В приезд в апреле попытались в счет включить коктейль (правда уже один) из мини-бара, который я тоже не брала. Еще не очень тщательно убран номер - по углам огромное количество давно лежащей пыли (не песок, именно давно не убранная пыль), в шкафу - неработающий старый принтер.

We had a couple of issues which Conrad was quick to rectify to our satisfaction.

It was clean, beautiful, safe, had excellent employees, was unique and just all around a joy to stay at.

The staff Jiya was amazing at the restaurants and wahad picked us up and showed us around in the buggy honestly such sweet staff and always helpful. Last but not least kumari and reshmi were too sweet at checkin to helping us book a buggy and other activities. I would recommend trying night archery with sisiri he is an amazing instructor.

The goat that stared at us . Very creepy

It was big and every villa had a pool. The bathrooms were huge and beautiful. The buggy would come under 10 mins at any time when we call.

The water in our pool was dirty and we didnt want to go in it. The bedsheets and the floors had sand even when we checked in. The towels were washed in some industrial grade soap so they were too rough to touch. The shampoo soap and hand lotion had a funny smell like they are very old and stale (especially the lotion) and have not been cleaned out and refreshed in months or maybe a year? The breakfast buffet served old cheese and salmon and when we complained they gave us a complimentary dessert which was also not fresh

Our experience was amazing and one of the best part about Al Wadi are the staff. We were taken care of amazingly by the team there! We also went on an animal feeding experience and our guide Sahil made it so much more than that - he went over the allocated time so we could have an amazing experience and also took us on a tour of the equestrian centre afterwards. He was knowledgeable about the animals and the wildlife and we really enjoyed it. The team also emailed us as I left some earrings in the room which was much appreciated. Thank you Al Wadi!

La piscine principale non chauffée, La qualité des restaurants n’est pas au niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, surtout le moorish castastrophique, serveurs dépassés au Moon Bar pas sympathique service très long, nous avons dû partir au bout de 20 Min d’attente car personne n’est venus nous voir.

Service and restaurants are great. You can also drive/taken to the sister Ritz hotel which is 20 mins away and by the beach and spend the day there.

There is not much to do on the territory, everything offered extra activity wise was 100$+ per person like star gazing or camel rides.

Food was good in Farmhouse restaurant

Extremely dirty. The restrooms in the restaurant were horrible, i even told the staff about it. The driveway wasn’t wiped anytime during the stay (2 nights) and had dirt on it. Clueless staff. They called us + came to the room for housekeeping even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on. I asked for a replacement bicycle (some other guest took it by mistake i guess) which I never got.

Есть, где прогуляться, можно поездить на велосипеде, удобная кровать. Предлагается много активностей. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный.

Наличие велосипедов порадовало, но, к сожалению, их не поддерживают в нужном состоянии (регулярная смазка, техническое обслуживание). Тренажерный зал мог быть экипирован получше.

Firstly, staffs/ service / environment was nice 👍 Sadly was raining all day . Cleanliness 👎🏼👎🏼 . A life Big 🪳was in bathroom 🤢 hair in bathtub. Some of coffee plates still had coffee stains on it Diner in villa food / breakfast was terrible quality not match the 5 starts level ( pasta super salty/ wagyu meat balls / burger 🍔 over cooked , can't even tasted was wagyu totally wasted ingredients, coffee in breakfast was completely over roasted it , burned smell ordered two cups still same , potatoes, tomatoes tasted old/ hard like setting there for long time ) Only thing good was spa .

It is a beautiful resort with lots to do, plenty of activities and even free bikes to use. Lots of animals well taken care of. The property was very clean and the staff welcoming.

The noise we experienced on the first night. We woke up at 1am from a thumping base music sound, this continued until 5am. It was impossible to sleep, contacted reception who said it was a desert event nothing they could do. Sounded like a regular occurrence, maybe do not charge 6000 aed per night for a room you cannot sleep in! I was very upset as this was my husband’s birthday and he got no sleep and almost missed breakfast it ruined our stay. The villa also had a light not working and a sink that kept blocking again for 6000 aed we expect perfection. The outdoor cushions were stored away, dud yo rain the previous day, we had to drag them out, at no point did anyone bring the other cushions out. Other annoying points, we were on full board, would not recommend. Included breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of items on menu had surcharge, no drinks included except breakfast (not even soft drinks). I first day they tried to charge us for lunch, I had to go back and forth with the bill. One activity was included per day, we did one during the stay, guess what they tried to charge during check out, again I had to go back and forth. This was an ultimate splurge for my husband’s birthday. I do not recommend paying for the villas. Just go for the cheaper standard villa, breakfast only as I’m not sure what you get your moneys worth for the extra!

A unique oasis in the Al Wadi Desert with beautiful view over the desert. Beautiful and large villas with private pool. Excellent for couples who wants some privacy and intimacy in their vacation. Excellent choice to spend at least some nights and enjoy a beautiful sunsets in the Al Wadi Desert. A large range of different activities available. Excellent breakfast and restaurant services with really good quality. Easy to move inside the large resort area by golf buggies or bicycles.
