معاملة احد افراد الاستقبال كانت غير مرضيه وليست كما كانت بالسابق كوني صيف مستمر لنفس الفندق / لا اذكر اسم موظف الاستقبال لكنه من الجنسيه الهنديه وانه جديد في عمله

The property was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was huge location is ideal left to right mosque is nearby.

The only thing that affected me was the carpet in the room or in the hallway. It could do a cleaning other than that everything is 8 out of 10. Oh it can be noisy at night time. If you are a light sleeper as they have nightclub downstairs I had to use earplugs to get some sleep /not very good.

They allowed late check-in. The breakfast portion was suitable and filling. The room had great lighting. Easy and available parking.

The room carpet was stained everywhere. The electrical outlet connections were just hanging under the table, and were not organized nor arranged properly. There was no buffet for breakfast, instead they had room service. This would be fine assuming the food would be made fresh that way. However, the food was cold and soggy. The walls in the room are bulging with peeling paint. They insisted on taking a 100dh as a cash deposit prior to check-in, and almost forced us to leave the hotel to find an ATM, despite paying in advance with booking.
