By London standards, this is good value for money. The location and breakfast are excellent. Special thanks to the fantastic desk staff. Would stay again.

Staff were very friendly and room was very clean and comfortable. Shower wasn't great - shower head wouldn't position correctly so showering was a bit awkward. Breakfast was ok.

I didn't dislike anything - price seemed high but I presume these are standard prices in London

The parking & breakfast were the only things.

The rooms weren’t great, were overpriced imo and I’ve stayed in alot of hotels. The walls were super thin and there was the noisiest people next door who didn’t stop all through the night. Asked for better room, not available, rang to complain in middle of night no one picked up. Joke.

Room is terribly cold. The lady on reception was very nice helpful and gave us the heater that broke after 5 minutes, had to go downstairs and get another one but still was not enough to keep the room warm throughout the night. had to cover up windows with pillows and blanket to protect from the wind. When you pay £199 per night you should at least have basic. sink was blocked. not the cleanest.

This hotel is a fantastic base for going into London. Close to the underground, fantastic rooms, staff and the breakfasts are great. I recommend this to everyone 👌 Great value for money.
