The hotel was excellent, and offers pampering, I recommend coming and staying at the hotel, the reception manager noor was amazing and answered all our requirements. Summarizing the experience as excellent and I will return again.

Loved the beach as well as how close our room was to it. The staff was super nice and always willing to assist with any issue that arose. The pool area was also very nice.

The food was mediocre at best, and the menu hardly changed for the entire five days we were there (we even joked about the food being leftovers from previous days). Furthermore, it was over spices, over fried and several times they ran out of certain dishes early in the day (and the coffee machines in the kitchen broke down several times during our stay). The desserts were just awful. As a vegan, the only real main course option for me was pasta. The resort did not have an alternative to milk (such as soy or almond milk), not did they have vegan cheeses or tofu options. Finally, we booked the "All Inclusive" package, but in fact, it was not all inclusive. Certain drinks were offered for additional pay and really there were simply three meals a day with nothing in between.

The location is perfect, by the sea. The staff was very friendly, willing to help always. Variety of delicious food.

The view from room is excellent, beachfront room. Food is amazing. Staff is wow, helpful, smiling all tye time, real pleasure.

The shower room is old and need renovate. Rooms should have entrance from balcony.

The breakfast was excellent and the facilities were wonderful. A good beach resort on the Red Sea. The staff was accommodating and had good communication.

Not the fault of the hotel, we were given 1/2 hour notice to leave due to Israeli border closing. This prematurely terminated our stay at this resort.

It's our 3rd time in Bayview. The hotel is located at an exceptional location. The beach is awesome!!! The staff really makes an effort to keep it clean and tidy. The service is being given right from the heart and everyone really makes an effort to do their best. We wish to make a special note and give a huge applause and gratitude to Liubov from public relations. She wa simply amazing and really turned our stay into a pleasurable one. When we arrived we encountered quite a few problems with our room and she made sure everything is fixed and sorted out. Thank you so much Liubov. You are a real asset to this hotel. All our love.

Our room had a serious plumbing problem and also other minor problem. It happens... The problem was that the really kind staff at the front desk do not understand English well enough and it didn't enable them to fully understand our issues and what exactly needs to be done. The management should assure that at least one perfect English speaker is present in each shift, or otherwise, that front desk will know to forward things when they don't fully understand. The WiFi is extremely weak! It could not support any decent communication beyond writing. If you plan to work there - take this into account.

the staff is extremely helpful. pools and beach are great, lots of space for privacy .

the bathroom wasn't clean enough, the shower curtain was really dirty and smelly. there is really not very much places to eat around, so better take the all inclusive option right from the start. the food is ok. don;t expect too much.
