Loved the maintenance of the resort.

Bed linen was not comfortable at all (i remember it was cotton last time) but polyester quality sheets and cover made it extremely hot in spite of the air conditioning. Couldn’t sleep the whole night.

Great location with superb beach and pool facilities. you can also always count on the friendly service of all staff, cleaners through to management.

More attention to room maintenance. On reporting it was however promptly rectified.

It is super well located, great to welcome families

The staff of the Pool restaurant doesn’t know how to handle big tables, and are not very friendly. Pool bar tenders ask you to go yourself to get a coffee inside instead of just calling and bringing the coffee.

The Netflix connection on our TV is unstable,it connects but after about two hours it freezes

Nice Beach and beautiful surrounding

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Sandy Beach Hotel, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This establishment is a relic from the past, with furniture that looks like it hasn't been updated in over 30 years. The wear and tear on the pieces are evident, making the room feel more like a neglected storage unit than a place of comfort. The room lighting was dismal, casting a dim and depressing glow over the already shabby decor. Speaking of decor, the paint quality and colors were very outdated with drawings of leaves and trees from the old ages. It's clear that the management has given up on maintaining any semblance of quality. To make matters worse, the room isolation was practically nonexistent. I was horrified to find lizards and cockroaches roaming freely, which made me question the hotel's hygiene standards. It was impossible to feel safe or comfortable with such poor conditions. Adding insult to injury, there was no WiFi coverage in the room. In today's world, this is simply unacceptable. I also discovered that the TV service was unusable, rendering it completely pointless to have a television in the room at all. Overall, my stay at Sandy Beach Hotel was an absolute disaster. I strongly advise against booking a room here unless you enjoy outdated, poorly maintained accommodations with terrible amenities. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
