Great location. Near by nice restaurant, Don qui hoite,train station,and Tokyo Tower.

I wish the the room little bit bigger,and more coin laundry.the dryer wasn't drying properly.

Actually, it's my first bad experience in Tokyo. Stuffs members are not very friendly. They don't speak English, they didn't want in assisting of organising Taxi to airport. Hotel staff suggested to order taxi myself . I wasn't sure if I could order taxi not able to speak Japanese. Also on check-out day, I was told that I need to pay accommodation tax. I was not informed by bookingcom that accommodation tax will be applicable. I was asked to pay 500 yen for each night, as I spent 5 nights , I was asked to pay 2500 yen. This was real an expected request to pay extra, even in your website mentioned that there are no hidden cost. Could you please investigate that matter? I conforted Hotel Stuff and bu the end of conversation I was charged 200 yen. I have receipt, which I can attached to prove this incident.

Bra frukost, relativ bra område nära till restauranger, snabbköp och tunnelbana. Rena rum med bekväma sängar och mycket uppskattade toalettstolen som värmer, spolar, torkar. Mycket trevlig personal.

Trevlig personal men ingen som pratar engelska. Rena rum men små. Visserligen värt pengarna om man skall bo där i tjänst och för bara några nätter.

위치가 좋다. 쇼핑하기 좋다. 직원이 매우 친절하다. 역근처에서 숙박하고 싶은 사람에게는 최적이다.

옆방 소리가 다 들린다. 방이 엄청 작다.. 다른 방 문닫고 여는 소리 사람 지나가는 소리 다 들린다.. 그래서 좀 무섭.. 창문도 없는 고시텔 같음 ㅜㅜ 그닥 저렴하지도 않다….

We booked the superior twin room which was unexpectedly big, it has sofas and coffee table inside. For us traveling with family of 4, makes it easier to open our luggages at the same time and we can still have enough space for moving around. The location is also very near to train station.

Emplacement idéal, à deux minutes de la ligne de métro et de toutes commodités. Les services dans l hôtel, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, c'est propre. Boissons gratuites, dommage que le distributeur de boissons est disponible à partir de 7h, nous avons du partir à 5h du matin pour prendre notre vol, et n avons pas pu profiter d un café en nous levant. Personnel accueillant et sympathique

Les oreillers, trop plats, la clim difficile à régler.

Location next to train station

First of all the pillow was super hard to sleep, only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the entire building I had to waited hours until my turn, the dryer took 2.5 hour’s to dry never experienced this before. Breakfast menu was the same everyday for the first 2 or 3 night was ok but afterwards I’m kind of sick of it. Reception wasn’t helpful at all it was raining the day we leave we asked if they can call taxi for us they refused to saying that it’s raining there won’t be any taxi. Only took my hubby 5-10 min waiting outside the hotel and we found the taxi ourselves. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again.

駅から近く周辺の雰囲気も怖くないのが良かった

バストイレのニオイが少し気になった。　 でも清掃はきちんとされていて清潔だった。

六本木駅から、ヒルズ方面とは反対側でしたが、思っていたより近く、なにより地下鉄の出口からすぐで、雨降りの中、とても助かりました。併設されているタイ料理店は依然利用しましたが、まあまあいい感じです。 狭い道路を挟んだ隣のホテルのWiFiをキャッチして、そちらのほうが強かったのは笑いましたが、このホテルの電波も、弱くはなかったです。専有面積があまり広くないツインでしたが、レイアウトのおかげか、窮屈にも感じませんでした。

特に思い浮かびません。時間帯によってはフロント前のロビー的な場所に、外国人が大勢たむろしていたりしてちょっと狭く感じますが、不快というほどではありません。

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were very friendly, and there was always someone at the concierge. They always listen carefully to what you tell them and try their best to get what you want.

There was only one laundry machine for the entire hotel, so it was a bit hard to get the laundry done when you really needed to. And its not the hotel's fault, but there were people that would come get their finished laundry very late, making the next person wait for a long time.

Did not opt for Breakfast option. Room was clean, tough a bit small. Location was in central part of Tokyo.

High cost of Breakfast. Hotel did not offer a Bed + Breakfast offer.

The receptionist was a fantastic help ,very well welcome , perfect English,strong knowledge of Tokyo .

We love the location it is near the familymart and restaurants and also the train station. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is cleaned everyday. Room is soundproof so it is very quite if we want to rest. Everything we need is available downstairs to get.

The TV shows are all in japanese language. We can't understand. Hoping there was English channel or maybe Netflix or Disney Plus.

Good location, comfortable room.
