Personal ziemlich desinteressiert. Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Teppich hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Ausstattung alt und abgerockt.

The hotel is located very good, the rooms are clean and I like the design. The staff was very friendly and I could even put my foldable bike behind the counter as I forgot my lock. My room had a nice, green view.

The room was without A/C and it was not possible to darken the room (just a thin curtain). For the price I paid (150EUR/Night) this is not enough. Yes it's Berlin and yes, you are fast on the most interesting parts of Berlin but for 300EUR a weekend I would like to sleep longer than 6 in the morning when the Sun wakes me up. The friendly the staff was, the slow was the check-in procedure. I kept my key with my as it took a while to get it back when somebody checked in.

The cleanliness and location

The staff wanted to charge me extra on checkout for breakfast which I didn't consume. It was so annoying, they had to call kitchen staff who confirmed that I didn't have breakfast. The heating system also didn't really work well. The room didn't really heat up. The beds weren't really double. If you are a couple looking to share the bed, it doe's do justice. It's like two single beds put together

The night staff guys were pretty rude and robotic. The young guy didn't even know how to serve cappuccino from a machine. He was rude about it until I told him there was no milk in it. The other guy didn't even want to speak. The lady on the morning shift was really nice and helpful. The toilet had no window and the fan was not working. So it was a bit awkward when your sharing a room, especially when the toilet door is right next to your bed.
