Love the onsen and the view from our room. Hotel facilities are average. Breakfast is great as seen on the photo including fresh hotate and sashimi.

good location and very nice view of both bay and mountain we can see from the room. breakfast line is wonderful, even it’s quite packed as there are not enough seats considering room and guest number for the hotel but the food variety and quality can compensate.

Dusty. Very, very small room, very difficult to move around with just 1 normal luggage and 1 cabin luggage No smart storage option unlike other hotels (raised bed, alcove, etc.). WiFi a bit shaky.

The facility was modern and new, with the rooftop and baths having a great view. The view outside my room was a bit strange though as it faced a huge warehouse building that gave off a eerie feeling. The breakfast menu is awesome - has ikura, salmon roe, scallops and a whole array of seafoods and traditional Japanese side dishes.

The service could be improved - I called to ask for a towel and they made me walk downstairs to the front desk to get one. The staff who checked me in spoke almost no English and could have used a translator but proceeded to only speak to me in Japanese.

Second time we've stayed here and it was amazing. Central location a stone's throw from the red brick warehouses, very comfortable rooms, an amazing buffet breakfast and the best rooftop onsen.

Rooms are very warm and can only be cooled by open the window.

The views are spectacular with coffee grinders inside the room, you can really enjoy your time both inside and outside. The onsen is nice with free popsicles available to enjoy the nice view of Mt Hakodate.

Convenient.

Too crowded. The food is expensive but poor. The staff is polite but not friendly. There are better choices in Hakodate.

I really enjoy the view from my room, i could not dream better! The breakfast has a lot of choices and very delicious a mix of western and traditional japanese with local specialties of seafoods, milk, .... wonderful experience!

Nice view.

Small though comfortable room with excellent rooftop bathing area, a great range of baths with an amazing view over the city and bay. Breakfast had an amazing range of foods and the staff were incredibly helpful. Location was only a 5min walk from the redbrick district and 1km from the main train station. Can't recommend this place enough.
