The service is great. The hotel is at a great location. I especially want to thank 王晋萍，who is in charge of cleaning our room. She is always friendly and cheeful and takes great care of the room.

The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, the gym/swimming pool are nice and the stuff is very friendly. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller searching for a break from work. Also for business visitors. I really recommend it, I will be coming back.

The sauna was okay, operational. It could improve after an update though ;)

It was my first time in Beijing, travelling alone. I was fortunate to have Kseniia check me in from the front desk as I wasn't too confident with my mandarin. She was very helpful, gave me an upgrade and super considerate with meeting my needs for the stay as well. Location wise, it is close to the subway with 2 lines so it's convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service was amazing. Very attentive, accommodating and professional with every request and need my family had. The room was extremely comfortable. Our baby slept very well in the crib. Breakfast options were great as well!

Everything was very high quality except for the bathroom towels. Hope those can be upgraded sometime :)

gym was basic, but nice pool. Spa was outside the building with mid-day hours
