Room was clean and tidy and close to Mercy Ascot Hospital. Thankyou!

Motel is In huge disrepair.looks like it is going to be fixed up but should not be taking paying guests until this has been done

I liked the location. I liked the free lollies. I liked the selection of tea and coffee. I liked the towel quality . The internet wi fi was strong. The pillows were not soft and fluffy they were hard and the bed was hard. The sheets were clean. I like the view of the trees and the fact that you could open the window for the fresh air. I liked the fact the room was big and there were two double beds. The place was quiet. There were no rough people hanging around, I felt safe. The parking was ample.

The television didnt work but we used our own devices. The stairs up to the rooms could have been slippery and treacherous for elderly people. They were steep. It was quite rainy. I was imagining falling down and cracking my head open. No rails I wouldn't advise anyone over 80 to stay on the upper floors. Generally I think the whole place needs repainting. Some of the surfaces were sticky. The shower too a long time to warm up. We have stayed in a more upmarket place in that area which was less expensive had luxurious covers spotlessly upmarket with spa bath. But it was noisy and only one double bed and also dark. So we chose this one and wer happy with more room especially two beds. Husband snore so need space.

The tiles on bathroom floor very slippery when wet. Both my husband & I slipped. Hairdryer didn't work. Noisey neighbors through adjoining door playing music loud late at night.

Very thin walls and when the people next to you are partying until 2am it’s not ideal. Bathrooms were a bit dodgy and could do with some upgrades. The room clean was very average, beds being just pulled up not tucked back in, no dishing being done.

The website is not updated it showed breakfast available and it isn't, also not very friendly, outdoor area is not maintained and rundown, our friends room that i had booked had broken shower tiles and blood splattered on bathroom window toilet was fixed with glue and broken moldy tiles. They definitely need to change the website as it's false advertising

no amenities in the bathroom, only one be extra blanket in the room. the iron and the board had some burnt stains remaining so not usable. The shower area got too wet after a shower. Adjoining door would have prevented this. A suitcase stand would have been nice.

Location great for what we needed.

All good. Nice to arrive and be told that we have been up graded. An awesome surprise.

Good location. Very comfy beds. Decent size rooms.

Only 1 down light working & a lamp. Room so dark i had to sit in bathroom to work. The whole place is very much in need of serious TLC. Have stayed quite a few times prior to COVID & it was always a little lacking, however it was well priced & adequate. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.

Close to newmarket and motorway

Drinking and partying young adults the last time we stay.
