The service at the restaurant

Breakfast was very nice. I enjoyed it. I like the set up and the variety of food available.

Good location Well laid out Good gym facilities and space around pool

Hot water ran out in am Noisy air con which couldn’t be adjusted.

Didn’t attend b’fast. Location rxcellent

Arrived at 3 am as arranged. No building access. No buzzer on front door. No staff. Waited 15 mins in the cold. Needed to get a passer by to make an internal call to the reception, to tell them I was locked outside. Eventually somebody appeared to check me in

Großes Zimmer, großes Bett, großer Indoor-Pool, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal; die Innenstadt und Hafengegend von Auckland sind zu Fuß erreichbar

purpose of visit was for hospital appts - great to come back to the comfort, food availability etc and staff care.

The cleaning lady rang at my door and woke me up at 8:30am (I did not ask for anything). I went out for a coffee and I had to wait for the room to be done. The room had been cleaned at 12:30 pm!!!!! (and nobody could have given me an explication for that, I just waited out of my room). Not finished. I twisted my ankle. The reception had not been able to give me a plastic bag with ice cubes. It s one of my worst experience.

Ease of walking distance to town/viaduct.
