Had to phone Booking.com to arrange someone to let us in.

Property needs a little work EG- Handyman to fix a few items up. Shower door did not open easily at all. Handrail in staircase is ready to fall off. Bathroom door handle is almost falling off. Toilet is not fastened to floor and is easily moved when sitting on it. Front door looks like its been broken into several times before.

It was pretty handy to everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The smart TV needs connecting. Someone needs to tune TVNZ 1 & 2.

Size of apartment - it was very spacious . Emailed owners and got instructions for lock box for late check in.

Stayed there as a family and found it very good. Large and open with lots of light, and a large living room/kitchen. Close to the bus and other services, but quiet in the apartment. Close to Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill.

Entrance round the back by the rubbish bins, so not very obvious at first. Elevator was working, but a bit shaky - it is being fixed soon so maybe that has been taken care of.

The host was super nice and so accomodating. We loved the comfy beds and the light in the apartment. Very practical to be able to rent two places next to each other too. Will definitely have my family stay there again.

Slightly overpriced maybe but the location and space make it worth the trade off if you can afford it.
