I am so grateful for the head office who made my stay possible. I had a mixup on my end, but DHRUV ARORA was able to assist and made sure of my check-in. People at the office in Nesuto Newhaven came through by preparing the apartments last minute for our stay. The facilities, gyms and swimming pool kept our family busy, and rooms were spacious, the two apartments is great to accommodate for large families. The washer and dryer was a life saver for me and my family. We found out on day three that the coaches are a sofa bed, which was great for those hot nights. Kitchen was spacious and great to cooking up a storm. We rented out four apartments for 11 nights and our apartment was the main for meals and hangouts with the entire family. The compound was kept neat and everyone kept to themselves, not bothering anyone. Although it is an open space and everyone can pretty much see everything, however we made the most of our stay. I loved that the location was right in the heart of botany only 2-5mins drive to everything (mall, gas station, supermarket and more).

One apartment was not so cleaned well, so had to do a quick scrub before family settled in. We checked in pretty late so there was not much time to sort out the rooms and have things arranged such as cots, baby safe gates to prevent baby from climbing up stairs. The pool was closed off for maintenance up to three days, during our stay and it was pretty hot, which was a bummer, however we made most of the beach. We had air-conditioning, but only the fan worked, and our fridge kept playing up, causing most of our cold beverage and food to go to waste. Also some of the facilities in our apartment were unusable. In one of the apartmemts they had an ant problem, first couple of days it was infested with ants, so we made sure all benches, floors and surfaces were sprayed and wiped everyday and night. It was more work for us, but we didn't mind. The office was closed most times, so we took it upon ourselves to make sure this did not become a problem during our stay.

The washing machine was faulty. We found cockroaches in the apartment.

This is an excellent location with easy access to main routes north and south, and most major shops within a few minutes. Staff were very helpful. Good space. Easy parking, Quite surroundings and easy for walking. There are a variety of properties, most in town house style, so one must be able to handle two flights of stairs. We were fortunate to be able to get a room with a toilet on both the living and bedroom level as one of us had some mobility limitations. There are some ground floor rooms.

A few more cooking implements, e.g. for microwave and storage would be useful.

Location was excellent and super convenient. Propery was clean and homely it felt like home. My family and I loved and our stay and will continue to come back here everytime we return to NZ. We highly recommend.

Property was excellent but I wouldn't recommend for anyone who struggles to go up stairs as this property is a 3 story townhouse.

The location is really good. The units are always lovely and clean. We have stayed here every year for the past 6 years.

This time our unit was not as good as previous. The traffic noise was horrendous, we had to go and buy ear plugs. Try and request a unit away from the main road. We were in Unit 3/25 Waihi Way for 7 days. We also didn’t realize they no longer have Sky as the previous years, so that was disappointing., The blinds didn’t close properly so they allowed the light to come through.

The location was great being right across from the Botany Town Centre. The pool was fantastic for the kids and of course the free wifi!

We had to request a larger frypan to cook for a family which was then provided. The only thing we would have wanted was air conditioning upstairs as it was too hot to sleep! We stayed there for 2 weeks and there should have been some cleaning supplies on hand or have had the place cleaned at least 1 per week.

Location and facilities (gym, pool, own laundry and 2nd toilet close to 3rd bedroom off garage). Great service & support from reception. Very very close to shopping centre, cinemas, cafes and restaurants and public transport (easy to get to city). Beach and markets nearby. Heated towel rack. Was warm in apt, no heating required. No surrounding noise. Would def return, highly recommend.

Observations, not a complaint. No feedback was requested from hotel otherwise I’d go there. 3 bedroom apt and only a single bed/s in 2nd and 3rd rooms, too small for adults. But great for parents and kids. Needed more cupboards/shelves in bathroom and 2nd bedroom. Def need a 2nd bathroom for a 3bdroom apt. Very noisy dryer, can’t use at night due to guest sleeping in 3rd bedroom. Def need a large frypan for the number of guests in a 3 bedroom. Will def come back.
