The staff are exemplary and the location is ideal, close to restaurants (bún chả Obama, chicken pho …) and street food vendors.

The suite room size which is very small for a suite. It’s much smaller than the suite in Melia hotel.

Booking.com - confusing terms when booking 2 rooms like breakfast for one room only thinking that it is complimentary breakfast but actually not.

A fantastic hotel, very close to the Hoàn Kiếm Lake (10 mints of walking only). The area around the hotel is full of perfect food options and shopping stuff. The rooms are very clean, and very quite which is a great thing for a business traveler. I want to thank Nguyen and Nhi for their support and professionalism, I really appreciate their effort.

Excellent breakfast with good English / American / Vietnamese/ "you name it" buffet. Great staff, great location at 20 min walk to old quarter and some phenomenal restaurants in the same block. Very comfortable bed and laundry and fitness room available. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend.

receptionist couldn’t find my booking and then mistakenly provided another booking of other customer which drove a very long check in process. Facility is old which makes the hotel a bit overpricing. I guess people pay for the location mostly
