the hotel is very small/basic and is some way out from the town. I would not stay at this hotel again, there are lots of alternatives that look nicer and are significantly cheaper. the hotel doesn’t take card no indoor seating for breakfast rooms didn’t have a kettle, tv, toiletries, fan etc. Also one of the beds didn’t even have a bed sheet

booked room with sea view was not available they gave us an other room for a discount to citycenter takes 5min by tuktuk wifi was from time to time not available the price is to high for what you get. this is not a hotel! maybe our expectation were to high because of the price and the good pictures online. we were dissapointed at first sight.

if I could give more than 10 stars I would. the staff were beyond exceptional. friendly, happy and nothing but good vibes throughout. perfect location, pristine condition beach, beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean and a fabulous breakfast with amazing service. can’t recommend this place enough. oh, and the pool was a dream.

We booked the super deluxe room with sea views and it certainly lived up to expectations. The view from our room overlooks the pool and garden and the sea beyond and we could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Whilst being a bit outside of the main town, this wasn’t an issue for us as we had a scooter. The beach itself is bigger than the main beach in Hikkaduwa and we had it virtually to ourselves. Breakfast in the garden was lovely with a choice of eggs cooked to your liking, Sri Lankan fare such as coconut roti and sambil, hoppers and pancakes as well as toast and fresh fruit. We both felt the staff are the hotels biggest asset as they were all charming and ever so helpful without being overbearing. All in all a perfect place to relax and chill out

Lovely place to stay peaceful and quiet

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really lovely and welcoming. Big room with ac, mosquito net, decent sized fridge and nice shower room. Seating area on balcony. Full place is very clean. Best of both worlds as there is a great pool and the property sits on a quiet beach. Lovely filling breakfast, freshly cooked omelette, toast, tea and a selection of fruit.

Unfortunately for us, it was just too far out of town. We like to be close to many restaurants and shops - there are some nearby but not enough for us. There is a bus stop outside and its a 5 minute bus ride to the centre so it will suit others - we like to be a short walk from everything. We also like to have satellite TV and there was no option of this.

Amazing view, friendly, attentive staff. Quiet location

I loved how tucked away it was from the business of Hikkaduwa. RASHAD and all staff were incredibly welcoming and I felt a strong sense of hospitality. The room was in great condition, clean and spacious with a beautiful view! I was always asked if I needed anything. Rashad also helped me find a rental scooter to use!

- they didn’t had water to sell, but over the street are some shops - good restaurants are a little bit far away

Friendly staff, quiet part of the beach

Close to the street so you’ll wake up by airhorns from all the busses passing by. Shower was just worthless, no water pressure or decently hot water. Also pretty far away from Hikkaduwa center. Upon arrival our booking had not come through so we received a smaller room for same pay on the street side instead of beach side.
