Lokalita super, postel byla příjemná jen tam byla hrozná zima v jednom pokoji, kuchyň super a terasa parádní.

Se vším jsme byli spokojení až na tu zimu v tom jednom pokoji, ale já jsem citlivá na tu zimu extrémně:D

Apartament czysty, wygodny i spełnił całkowicie nasze oczekiwania, spokojne miejsce.

Garaż miniaturowy, wjazd przez przystanek, przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, przy większym aucie nie ma szans, żeby wjechać.

Overall the apartment is was ok for 1 night stay. Host was very friendly.

The floor tiles were not clean and the chair was broken (I even fell of the chair).

Free welcome drinks, free coffee, tea and a fully equipped kitchen, clothes washing machine, dishwasher, helpful staff, very nice panoramic view from the spacious balcony, good location

No AC and the movable cooling device did not allow me to sleep for two days TV channels was not working Coffee water were not working

One of the best apartments I have ever rented! Good location, witihin walking distance from Spilberk and the city centre, Superb view from the terrace, pity the weather was cold :( Quite comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, floor-heating in the bathroom makes a lot of difference! Lift in the building, but the last flight of stairs need to be climbed ;) Very nice host! As the flat is near the Masaryk University there are lots of nice and inexpensive bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, a great traditional Czech 'pub' is just round the corner - with the best Pilsner in Brno!

It is on the top floor, but the lift does not go up there. It is very hot there in summer. The bathroom floor was almost hot

at the time when we stayed there was a lot of construction noise from the apartment next door
