It is down a quiet street / alleyway that has piles of rubbish on one side, that's a shame but the hotel is perfect otherwise.

Welcoming host. Very kindly let us check in early and upgraded our room. Close to all the main areas and the beach but very peaceful. Reasonably priced too. Thanks for having us :) P.S. handy using the airport shuttle service from Phuket.

The lane was slightly dingy. But rooms inside were great.

Ot was a very comfortable and convenient place for us to stay! Grate , Flat and hard mantras, comfortable pillows. Please locate on the small lane, and during the night, we can't hear the nose from the big street. In 50 m on the corner 7-11 shop. Main night street 2 minutes walk. Marcus is the owner and is very friendly. Helped us with all our issues. This year, we will try to visit him one more time 😊💖

Can't lie. The expensive was great. The staff was cool and laid back. The room was big and chill. Good vibes through and through. I'll definitely return. Location was great for partying, or just chilling on the beach.

I have stayed here 2 times. Marcus is a very good host. Room is made up every day, everything is clean. I like the location, close to everything and at night the room is very quiet and dark. Water in the room everyday, coffee and hot pot. Laundry and taxi service right next door.

central location, staff were super helpful booking taxis as necessary and also dropping off towels daily, beds were comfortable with great pillows, this property was fantastic!

our sheets did have a few stains (mold spots and sweat) though were clean and fresh smelling (bleach needed to be used to rid them) this didn’t deter I would absolutely book again.

The apartment was very big with everything working as expected. Lot of power points, strong air conditioning, nice firm bed and lots of storage space. The apartment was naturally cool and very quiet with entrance into street. Staff and owner were very helpful and pleasant

Great place to stay. I stayed in the Junior suit, The room was big, clean, and had everything you needed. The staff were very helpful. the location was perfect, close to all the bars, shops, and restaurants.

As other reviewers reported for their stay, my room was super clean. I read reports of cockroaches in the bathroom, but I didn't see any in my 8-night stay. My room was very large and pleasant, with a large window. Although there are nightclubs around, once the window is closed you can't hear a thing. A note to my cat-hating brethren: Some reviews may give you the impression that the place is rotten with feline vermin. This is fortunately not correct. In my 8 days there, I only encountered one cat, and it actually was quite well behaved (it simply ignored me). I don't believe that many people come to Patong for the intense cultural life. Most will be interested in the beach and/or Bangla road. The guesthouse is conveniently close to both, and to numerous restaurants and legit massage shops, while being located on a nice ans safe little backstreet. If you feel that passing through the gay bar street at night to go to the guesthouse is bothersome (particularly if you are a single male), then simply take one of the 3-4 other parallel streets to get there, but really, after a night or two, nobody will bother you anymore. Finally, as reported by all other reviewers, the owner Marcus is very friendly and helpful, and he really makes you feel welcome.

If I really have to report something negative, let's say that the wifi is kinda weak, and non secure as well, but this is basically par for the course in Thailand. It really wasn't any worse than 4/5 stars Patong hotels I stayed in. There are a couple of other aspects that got negative reports and that are really a matter of taste: The firm bed (that some report as "hard"): I am currently staying at a 4-star beach resort and the bed is harder. The "low pressure, not warm enough" shower: I would bet that, unless you are a USian who expects steaming hot water at fire-hose pressure, you will find the shower just fine.

The owner Marcus is very nice. The room is spacious and clean, exceptional value for the money. Review written during covid pandemic, so there’s not much going on around, but it’s within 10 minutes walk of the Paton beach

Perfect value for its price. An advantageous location - not far from the beach, close to Bangla road. Lots of cafes around. An owner is a great person and made concessions I've asked for.

Room cleaning could be better. The room`s entrance door has poor soundproofing.
