the metro station is next door

all at all .. 1- when I arrived I had to drag my bags myself from the taksi and again to my room .. while they helped other guests when I complain .. the receptionist said that the employee was engaged with other guests !!! 2- it took them a while to find my reservation .. and they gave me room without sea view even I request the same at reservation without an explanation 3-1st night they did not clean my room .. I was out of office until 8 pm .. and I had to call when return and they send some one to clean at that time 4- I ordered from room service .. it took them around one hour when I call to check .. the one who answer me was very rude taking the order from the beginning and shut the line in my face even though the person in charge that night Charly was a big help and he raised the issue to upper management whenever you ask for something and there is delay in action they said that hotel is busy , for the service hotel provide .. it is not more than 3 star hotel or may be worse .. if you are that busy you need to start thinking of hiring more staff
