Very handy and safe location for a few day stay. Found the place to be very quiet, in an old charming house, with plenty of seating to lounge around in the Common room. Room is a Little small but was not an issue

The trains are loud, and always honk when passing by, windows are not soundproof. you will not sleep past 5:30. The receptions was not helpful.

Everything was perfect, it was very clean and the staff was amazing.! The bed was really comfortable and the neighborhood is safe. Close to the bus station.

The building is beautiful antique and colonial style. The staff are very nice and helpful. Location excellent. Loads of wonderful cafes, bars, restaurants nearby.

Although the entrance and courtyard building are kept well, the rooms themselves could do with some love and care. Broken glass in the window. Window wouldn't shut properly so mosquitos inside. Tiles in the bathroom broken. No shelving. But it was all fine for one night.

the ONLY good thing was the location. but since the room was so bad i didnt sleep there

there where several spiders in the room, the sheets in the bed vas not clean. huge stains all over. you couldn’t close the windows completely and there were no like “animal net” over the windows either which you would kind of think it should be since you couldn’t close them. the bathroom is dirty. and the staff doesn’t know any English. it was a complete nightmare so I went to my friends hotel instead. like, I couldn’t stand it.

The hotel has a very good location close to Barrio Escalante, where you can find many nice cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself has a nice little backyard where you can have your breakfast outside. The rooms are simple but spacious. The hotel staff is super friendly.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasant and the breakfast was good for the value.

The room smaller than we expected and the toilet was wobbly. The hot water was intermittent and at times we were showering with just trickles of warm water.

Location and ambiance of the lobby and common areas. Quaint Spanish colonial style early 20th century house.

Room is a bit dark and musty. Room lacks ventilation and window is large but only has view of a very small patio, really a view of a wall, so it is still dark inside.

Walking distance to downtown. Muséums, parks, shops, restaurants . Great staff. very helpful. Good warm breakfast made to order.

Very close to train… early morning. only 3 parking spots in front. but parking around the corner. very small room. ( but priced accordingly)
