The towels are very big, lighting is better than many Israel hotels. The atmosphere is new looking and modern. Housekeeping answers and responds promptly. Adequate staff presence. Security is good.
The bathroom could have smelled fresher in the room. The lighting system is very complicated, almost causing us to call maintenance. The view was over an aluminum looking flat roof endlessly. The pool staff does not control the noise level of children and people were complaining alot but it did not stop nor were the parents told anything as we were not relaxed all the screaming in the pool with 7-8 very little kids splashing jumping yelling. We only came for the inside pool but they ruined it for us as far as relaxing. I remember last time to pool staff was not trained or firm enough for the guests needs to relax and have quiet time. The parents were on the sides not inside the pool and not paying any attention or caring the noise.

Beautiful hotel in a great location- we walked everywhere. Absolutely love the rooftop pool. This was our second stay at the property and will return!

My bath was dirty and had marks on the sode where someone previously bathed. There was also hair in the bath. I asked someone to clean it and they came promptly and said it looks like the bath is nit cleaned properly hence the stains

Spacious bathrooms, housekeeping cleaned rooms well and very friendly housekeeping staff. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby.
Female staff at check in desk and restaurants very rude and unpleasant. Requested twin beds and was confirmed online but not done when we arrived.

The room is nice and the rooftop pool is very nice, however it's hours are problematic
The pool closes at 4pm and opens at 11am, while the check in is at 3pm and checkout at 12pm - doesn't make any sense.

Best hotel in Jerusalem . But make sure you don’t take a room on low floor on city side. Because you won’t be able to sleep from the street noise. And can’t open a window because the workers all smoke all day on their break benches , which is directly under your balcony . Awful!

There is no Jacuzzi.
The water in the pool was not good, we would excepted to have warmer water, was not feel like 29 Celsius degrees.
The door to the balcony in the room is too heavy, my father cut the finger and lost a lot of blood.
