wanted to stay in Taj Banjara. wrong choice

poor 3 star. hot water in taps. no sitting or meeting rooms

Here after to stay is very comfortable nd pleasent to have some rest out of the traffic sounds

Location is a bit difficult to find out by ola cabs tooo

it is not value for money.

Room

No food support and no parking

we got a call on the same day we were travelling to hyderabad from GIS hotel, saying that our booking is confirmed, but because of some technical issue they would shift us to another nearby guest house. in the beginning we were okay with it and thought if we get the same service we will be fine with that. but when we reached there, we realised, they were probably running the guest house in the name of Gis hotel, and taking bookings online. the rooms and bed linens were dirty, there was a small rat in our room, bathroom was pretty dirty, taps were not functioning properly. we would have managed all of these and overlooked it but the main problem was the service. No body used to be available at the reception counter till 8a.m., we had early mornings and wanted to requested for tea in our room, but nobody was available. the website mentioned that we could order food in the hotel itself, but that facility was not available, so on the first night we ordered food from outside. I would not have any problem with the property if the images on the website were genuine and the service was atleast upto the mark, but unfortunately this was not a good experience.

They will shift you to a new hotel telling some technical issues.
