loved the service, very nice and big rooms, boutique vibe but with access to a huge resort lot

didn’t know this was nudist! we had the swim out pool and stayed with our bathing suits, but didnt stay in the main pools and jacuzzi. so it’s not for everyone.wish the pools and outdoor area would have been cleaner also

I can’t think of anything I did not enjoy

The location (really close to all the events we went), the food (wide variety and taste exceptional), the staff especially our front desk ladies Tianna and Tanesia and our butler Oraine.

The wait for room service was very long

My room was perfect. With amazing views from both balconies. My butler Ricardo was the truth. He made sure everything was great for us from the time we got there to the time we left alone with the rest of the staff. Nixon was the best bartender in the building. Jamaican food was good.

The Italian restaurant was very slow and my pizza wasn’t done all the way super doughy.

Pool was great and views of the ocean were amazing. Grounds were very well kept. Staff was outstanding.

Hot tub in the penthouse and by the pool not very hot. Blender at Grand lido pool not working for frozen drinks. Breakfast buffet was so so.

It was secluded from all the businesses of the main hotel, but close enough to walk and enjoy the other hotels.

The bed was a little firm.

Very poor restaurant service, constant shortage of menu items, terrible room service never delivering what was ordered. Absolutely no choice of night entertainment for Grand Lido guests who have to join all other guests at the one night bar. They need a second choice urgently, very poor management and staff training. Staff employment conditions do not allow motivation but many staff very kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay

They were very helpful, especially since we had butler service. They got you whatever you needed. The staff were exceptionally nice and the staff at the bar were super fun and a good time. We also just got engaged so one night they surprised us with pedals, swan towels and Champagne. Super cute. The swim out rooms were large and had a nice bath tub with jets.

Room service took 2 hours to get and was cold when ordered at night.. We did order room service for the next morning and it never came, we didn't mind that much because we were able to get the breakfast at Grand lido restaurant. I didn't realize this was a nude facility and was not optional unless you are on your own swim out. You were able to go to the other pools though in the resort.
