the building is old and you can hear the tram passing by even at night, the floor construction is so old that I have thought I will fall through.Charged 20 euros extra for being late at check in, even i have explained it was because of the traffic.

We were in number 7, there was no hot water in the day, Toilet smelt strongly of urine (it physically made me gag so had to breath through my mouth when I was in there) Sick or some sort of mush on the floor, hasn’t been cleaned up Flys everywhere In the loo Electric hazard on the floor, I’m sure this wouldn’t actually be allowed Right by the tram so I guarantee you’ll be woken up every night I wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price

The booking system shows that this hotel has a parking space for the client. We came to check in, and it turned out that the parking is public,and we were asked to move our car to avoid blocking the way. The next day we complained that Booking shows free parking, and were told they do not discuss it, and the hotel manager never said they had private parking spaces. Free public space is available anywhere, and the hotel must not be able to include this option on the website. The manager threatened to call the police if we didn’t move the car. We paid in full for our stay, but the manager was rude and said we didn’t have to stay. Again, we were looking for a hotel with a parking space and paid the money, expecting to have one, and this hotel should change their description to avoid misleading potential customers.
