建物や付属施設の一部が老朽化対応で建替中のため、 露天風呂は体験できなかったのが唯一の心残りです。

各方面都很棒，还有专门的免费bus接送，很方便，bus的staff人也很好。整体服务都很好，第一天到早了寄存了行李，他们在我回来checkin之前就帮我把箱子推到房间了。温泉也很棒，住了两晚很开心。去711也很方便！

자기차가 없으면 조금 불편(나의 경우) 고죠하마역에서 걸어서 10분거리 남성 노천탕 가동을 해주세요. 여성은 너무 좋데요!

夕食、朝食ともまあまあ美味しく お風呂は古いがお湯がいいので 良かったです

お風呂のシャンプーやリンス ボディーソープなどもう少し品質の良いものを置いていればありがたいですね 洗顔も一つとは寂しいですね 部屋も電気を全部つけてもちょっと暗めで 老眼の私は文字がかなり見づらいでした

Staff was friendly at check-in.

The shower in our western-style room had mildew around the door. My son stayed in a Japanese-style room, and when he and my husband went down to the common bath and hot spa area, there was mildew on the tiled wall by the sit-showers. My husband said the hot spa water had things floating in it. I went to the women's area which seems to have been cleaner. It was not relaxing as the noise from the pool area permeated the bathing area. We ate dinner there the first night of our stay and it was wonderful. We decided we would eat there again on our second night, but they refused us service as they said reservations were required. However, when we checked in, we were not informed. I think they were short-staffed which is why they couldn't take us. We had to eat food from the adjoining convenience store. It was very disappointing because if we had known we couldn't eat there, we would have eaten in Noborobetsu-Onsen. The location is not great but they do offer a free shuttle to the bus station where you can get the shuttle to Noborobetsu-Onsen.
