Breakfast exceeded expectations. For the price, it was an amazing experience. This is a business hotel, and we knew what we would expect in terms of size. Other families travelling with young children booked the same hotel and were complaining it's too small. Do your research before you book a business hotel because it seems a cheaper place to stay! This is not meant for family vacations, it is a base, in Tokyo, which already is known for having smaller hotel rooms, let alone a business hotel, and serves as a place to sleep, DO NIT EXPECT YOUR TYPICAL SIZE HOTEL ROOM LIKE TOU WOULD AT DISNEYLANE

Great location in the heart of Roppongi. Love the casual breakfast and how everybody takes their plates back after they eat. Why can’t more hotels do this.

No wardrobes to unpack in. We stayed 4 nights and was annoying to live out of suitcase.

Location is superb, just a few meters from Roppongi metro station
Everything is perfect but the only thing I notice is that the room size is too small. There are no closets to store clothes so we have to lay our luggages on the floor which makes it too cramped.

Great location, comfortable no frills business hotel. Good if you just need a place to sleep and don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

The bed is a bit hard. Advise you to take two single bed, bcs one double bed for two is a bit small.

Walking distance to a 24 hours donki for tax free and discount shopping. Family mart is nearby. The Tokyo tower is nearby. Price is good. There are masks, face wash, hair mask ..provided.
Not a very good location if you are holding Tokyo metro day pass. For a first timer to Tokyo, you may want to visit many places but not many metro lines are nearby.

Five minutes on foot to Roppongi station which directly connects to Shinjuku. The area itself is quiet despite being in a centric spot of Roppongi itself.
Staff is helpful and can speak some English if needed.

Good location, decent breakfast
Rooms are very small, could not open my suitcase up all the way (to be fair, I did have a medium-to-large size suitcase), the check in process is supposed to be "automated," but we kept getting error messages on the check in kiosk - thankfully, front desk worker was there to check us in. When I asked for an extra pillow, the front desk worker was very surprised, actually laughed at me - I was not used to that, while I did ultimately get my extra pillow for comfort, I am used to friendlier customer service in Japan.

It was overall nice. European 3 Star hotels are way worse. Room was small but ok. A bit dirty but clean enough. Breakfast was great and the location as well.
The entry was a bit hard to find, but I got it after 2min.
