Great location - walkable to Lake + majority of old quarter. Staff nice and helpful. Roof top bar has a great view.

Tired and run down compared to photos. Wifi was patchy and slow. Breakfast had a few options, bread was stale some days and things not replenished e.g. Coffee and Juice. The room smelt like a chainsmoker had just checked out recently. Bathroom could do with some bleach and a good scrub around the edges. Shower curtain needs replacing as it had mold + frayed edges.

Staff great. Pool good now it is covered and doesnt get hot. Maybe make the room fridges a bit colder. Air conditioning great

Location is perfect in the city center with entertainment district within 5 min walking distance. The breakfast was good but I would like to strongly suggest some continental or American options. Rooms are perfect size, clean and the bed/blanket/cushion and toileteries are clean and fresh. The views from the skybar are amazing

Need more breakfast options and especially vegetarian. Wifi is a bit sketchy and needs to be improved.

A little tired

Got a great upgrade thanks to my genius 3 level. Room spacious, bed comfy king, bathroom stylish, with good waterfall shower and bath. Hotel front desk staff helpful and friendly. Located in a busy part of Old Town, so good if want to shop, go to restaurants and the large lake nearby.

Traffic noise, as with Nha Trang the Vietnamese love their car/truck horns. These start around 05.30 and continue until about 02.00. Motor bikes/scooters block all the pavements and frequently come riding straight at you on pavements and through red lights in this area. My shower temperature control was stuck on max heat. Took several requests to get fixed. My AC was set to not go below 25C, not good. Took several requests to get fixed. Room literature had extensive restaurant/room service menu. I like to use latter in evening, but found restaurant only open for breakfast. Ate at Orlana restaurant next door, and coffee club near lake(full, good menu despite name) Nothing hotel could do about it but I did not see the sun for even 1 minute in my 10 day stay in April, so did not use the pool. Gym has treadmill etc but no free weights, resistance gear which I use, so did not use that either.

Excellent location near the lake and the street markets, the breakfast was very good and plentiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful

ROOM DOWNGRADE! On checking in I was allocated a smaller, less well-equipped room than I paid for. Clerk wouldn't agree at first, but finally gave me a better room. ( it was xmas, so maybe over-booked?). No pool towels all day, despite asking. water in room wasn't hot., only lukewarm.

The hotel has a very convenient location. The staff are very friendly but having Vietnamese language skills yourself would put you at an advantage because though they try, this is still developing. We had a end room on the 5th floor which was spacious but relatively plainly furnished. Fresh towels were provided regularly as well as bottled water and tea and coffee requisites. A Sony flat screen TV had many channels with some English channels. A good masseuse service in the basement and an acceptable breakfast buffet and skyroof bar and swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable with a firm pillow and a soft pillow

The pool could do with some maintenance but the water is clear and clean. Breakfast became a little predictable and monotonous.the coffee was flavoured which was unexpected. The seating arrangements for breakfast are awkward on the 11th floor, it is not clear why this was moved from the ground floor. More variety of drinks in the sky roof bar would be better. We found the location street noisy and it took some days to acclimatize espevially on weekends. The glass sliding door is not very soundproof. The key card needs to be present to operate the a/c and the powerplugs which is annoying when you want to keep the room cool and charge your computer or phone but are not in the room. The water pressure is good but the temperature adjustment is not easy to make cooler. The bathtub is a strange shape for a monsoon shower head so we always worried we would get water on the floor. The bathroom towels are a bit small for a bigger person but you also get a face cloth and a hand towel for each guest. Smaller water bottles are provided complementary but half liter are in the mini bar for a charge. On at least one night during our stay the a/c simply stopped working.

Overall both the rooms we had where ok in size as we had the suites. The staff was helpful and great when it comes to booking a tour around the city etc. We did have a problem with one of the rooms one night which was quickly resolved

Unfortunately they had double booked our rooms when we had arrived. We was supposed to have rooms with the balcony of which was only available for two of the four nights. Which is poor as we had booked months in advance. The breakfast isn't great either but does suffice. Unfortunately the sky bar and restaurant ate not available due to covid although the neighboring hotels didn't seem to have a problem with opening theirs. The swimming pool looked OK although we didn't use it it looked like it could benefit from a good clean.
