Nice clean apartment, secure parking close to centre of Brno. Ivan was good and explained everything best he could with the help of Google translate

shower head didn't stay up and drains stunk. Location was good to walk to the centre square of brno but I wouldn't feel safe walking around there on a night time so we drove instead. Good parking facility but would be better if cost of parking was in with the price as we thought it was free parking until the day we got there then sprung with 33 euro charge (11 per night)

I liked how we were meet. very nice girl who showed and explained everything. she was ready to support the whole time

place and district. very dangerous street with many gypsies and prostitutes. we were coming back at 9 pm from center and were really scared. the old prison is the next building. moreover, there is building construction ongoing and all dust is covering the car in the parking. the price is too much for such location

Apartment is near city centre.

Even though in descriotion it sais there is a bedroom and a living room, when we came there it is all in one room, so 4 of us needed to sleep in the same room. Ir would be good apartment for 2 persons, but deffinetly not for 4. Also in the title of apartment it is stated it is with parking, but it was nowhere written that parking needs to be paud sepparately.

No breakfast provided. Teabags provided but no coffee. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities, both very clean. Excellent security in and around the property.

One curtain was missing; found in cupboard, but it was impossible to hang it on the rail because of weak plastic attachments. A supply of coffee and a cafetiere would have been appreciated.

I booked as a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed but in fact it was a studio flat with beds in the lounge/kitchen area and not a separate bedroom,it’s ok for a family but we were a couple travelling with a friend. The area of Brno was not so good

It was the second time we stayed in this location so we really liked it. For our one-night stay it was very comfortable

A perfect opportunity to stay in an area that is ongoing a lot of changes but still having walking distance to the city center. The best thing about the apartment is absolutely the terrace, with a beautiful view over the city. The apartment itself has everything you need, from a dish washer to a washing machine. There is also washing powder so no need to bring your own. The host was very quick on responding on messages on booking and by phone. He personally came to the apartment when we arrived to deliver the keys and show the place. Since we arrived by car, he made sure we found parking and explained the parking rules. He also mentioned that there is a private parking, which we decided to use. The private parking is very secure. Since we also traveling with a small dog, he already prepared with a bowl of water on the terrace, which we thought was a very nice gesture. We would definitely stay here again.

There is not a lot of restaurants around the area. We worked during the days from the apartment and to save time, we used a delivery service to order breakfasts and lunch. This is not something the owner of the property can do anything about, but it's part of the location of the property.

Inexpensive apartment. Not far from the center. A good option for a couple of days. The owner arrived at the appointed time, was in touch during his stay. The parking space near the house is public and free of charge.

It is unclear why, but the owner put spoiled, old fruit. The second bed is very small and uncomfortable. There was no shower and shampoo. The dishes are old.

I ended up staying in one bedroom apartment in Haasova street (originally booked Bratislavska) whish was clean and bed was very comfortable. It has got all the basics you need. It's ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who don't mind to self cater. Quiet location with a big shop like 5 minutes walk from the property. You'll be given keys to the apartment when you arrive and you won't be disturbed for the rest of your stay. The owner is very polite and helpful. Just call her with whatever help you need regarding the property and she will arrange it for you. Also public transport is great. Tram stop is also like 5 minutes walk from the apartment and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Brno.

The WiFi was not great. My old tablet stayed connected at all times but my phone struggled to stay connected to the WiFi mainly in the bedroom. Another thing is that you cannot pay by card for the stay. It's only cash, which I did not notice when I was booking the stay. So be aware. It was just a minor inconvenience.

location is interesting as it is 15 mins walking distance from the city center, but it is in specific area in the middle of the roma community. apartment has private entrance including parking and is oriented away from the street. nice apartment with spacious bathroom and terrace with lovely views as the apartment is located on the top (6th floor).
