Review for Art home We enjoyed our stay at Art Home. It’s a place with lots of character, showcasing the work of local artists. The room we had overlooked a quiet street and was clean and spacious with a large ensuite. We were able to come and go as we pleased and the hotel is very central to the main town in Carcassonne so easy to walk everywhere. Emmanuel was a very pleasant host, was very responsive to messages, took the time to give us tips about the town (eg where to eat) and also made us a delicious homemade breakfast on the terrace. Would definitely recommend to others

Very little not to like but worth being aware the en-suite bathroom in our room didn’t have a door so if you’re staying with someone and prefer privacy it might be worth asking if there are en-suites with doors in other rooms

Emmanuelle is very friendly and helpful. The place is very well located, walking distance from all there is to see in Carcassonne.

Location of the hotel. Perfect to watch the Carcassonne feu d'artifice. Friendly staff.

the window in my room didn’t close fully and I’m an exceptionally light sleeper so the noise from the road was the only thing.

a lot of work going on in the garden so all looking a bit messy. I’m sure it will be put right after the holiday season

Quiet location about 5 minutes from the town centre. Great host, full of useful information. Lovely continental breakfast, full of home-made goodies. Excellent Wi-Fi and as we stayed in July/August, fantastic to have air conditioning. It's an interesting place, art work and bold colours everywhere, you can see a lot of thought has gone into the design of the b&b. Having a garden is a real bonus.
