Quiet area,away from traffic fumes and at the same time a stone throw away from the beach. A very polite and helpful host, who promptly replied to all queries. Clean room with air freshener and access to table water(water cooler). A fridge in the room with optional drinks and kettle for hot drinks. Excellent kitchen facilities with coffee machine,oven,hobs, fridge freezer and sepatate seating areas for the number of rooms. TVs in the room and in the kitchen. A.C. . Natural well maintained grass area and stone patio for personal use.

Not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are quite a few tall steps. Price is going up,but this is general tendency for the area.

Location

The room was quite big and fully equipped. Very clean. Modern furniture. Also, the host was very nice, ready to assist with everything. The distance from the house to the castle and botanical garden is approximately 20-30 minutes walking.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great value and very accommodating. The patio outside was lovely for having coffee in the morning. Staff let us check out late so we had time to see the palace and botanical gardens.

There is the smell from the canal pipes in one of the bathrooms, the ventilator cannot cope with removing the smell, but it does improve it. However, the bathroom is very clean, just the odor is persistent because there is no window/wall towards outside

The location is great, close to the main Balchik beach and to the promenade. The rooms were tidy and clean, the common space where you can cook and eat was spacious and the beer machinw was a nice addon. The yard was great for morning coffee and for kids to play. Bonus was that being Easter our hosts brought us some coloured eggs. An extra bonus for our hosts, they were very helpful and kind, offered to host our bikes over the booking time. Thanks again, will look to come and visit again when in Balchik.
