We stayed 6 nights as a family in two rooms. Excellent staff at the reception. Thanks for Mr. Ayman who solved a big problem for us once we arraived and made our stay very comfortable. Saleem from the housekeeping on the 10th floor, who kept our rooms clean every day. Tea, coffee, and water are available all the time and whenever you ask.
Staff at the restaurant was very friendly and the food was good. The location is not as far as expected using the hotel bridge to the other side of the road. It is a 5-minute walk to the Haram extension. If you need to go for Umra inside the Haram or gate 66 to the second floor of Haram, it is a 10-minute walk.
We go every year to Mekkah, and really, I was afraid of the negative comments and was about to cancel. Now and after my experience, I will stay again if it is really valuable for money. This is Ramadan time.
The bridge is the best compared to other hotels next to Sheraton.

Pas d’accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avons du monter nous même nos valises jusqu’à l’hôtel.
Le chemin entre l’hôtel et le haram est saturé à cause des vendeurs qui sont dans la rue et qui bloque le chemin.

the staff was amazingly friendly, and the check in and check out didn't take us more than 3 minutes. the welcoming service was beautifully served.
the hotel is suppose to be a bridge between it and the Haram, however due to maintenance in the Haram, in the application the hotel didn't mention that, accordingly it was a very long and hard daily 5 times journey from the hotel to the Haram, not to mention, that they didn't reduce their per night price due to that.

The restaurant gave a very poor service. No tables were available. No cuttleries. Understaffing. We had to stand while the eating. The staff did not replenish the food on time when it was over

The room size, it was smaller than other hotels. Only one chair in the room with no writing desk.
View was suppose to be city view, but I could see another building blocking the city view.
I have read there is facility to enter harm using a bridge but it was close. I feel misguided about the bridge for entering into haram

Everything went well. Alhamdulilah. The distance from the hotel is now a bit far, because of the construction in Haram. Everything about the hotel was so perfect, except the distance to Haram is a bit far now.

Suppose to have a sign at the street wall because the first night I walk the whole street to discover the exit to the hotel I liked the stay there I hope next time I bring my whol family with me

We loved the staff, who were superb and really helpful. Always served us with a smile and enjoyed it. This really means a lot to us, and we hope that Allah grants them jannah. Ameen. Want to give a massive shoutout lama sharif, the desk staff, who was always available and attended to our needs and wants in a polite manner. May Allah bless her.

The Location is too far from the holy mosque and not suitable for old people, the furniture is too old, although we were cupel in the room there was only one chair, the Wifi was too weak for communication, there is no shops or restaurants around the property, expensive price regarding the quality of food.

Le frère qui s'occupe du nettoyage Mashaa Allah toujours satisfait.
Le bruit des travaux (machine marteau piqueur hydraulique) dès le lever du soleil jusqu'au 'asr en sachant que nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit... pas très gentil de la part du réceptionniste. Ça a duré les 4 jours de notre séjour.

non mi è piaciuto la dicitura che usano su prenotazione (camera doppia)con due letti separati, normalmente quando faccio la prenotazione camera doppia per me intendo camera matrimoniale, invece nella mia prenotazione c’è scritto camera doppia poi mi sono trovato due letti separati, forse come struttura deve migliorare l’aspetto delle prenotazioni online (più chiare per i clienti).

My stay was pleasant! The employees were extremely kind and helpful. I would like to take a minute to thank Mr. Mamdouh Al Zahrani who is a hard working, friendly and loyal person. As a solo traveler he made me feel safer and looked after my needs more than I expected. I would rate his servce a 10 out of 10. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Shafiq ul Islam who is one of the most dedicated houskeepers that I have came across at any of my stays at different hotels in Makkah. He always has a smile on his face and does a pretty wonderful job. I would rate his cleaning a 10 out of 10. Overall the strength of this hotel are the people and the service they offer.
I didn't dislike anything in particular.

There was no Internet, it didn't connect and I spoke to every person who works their including the Manager and they said 'we do not know what to do' and provided us with no solution

Breakfast was good with continental and arabic foods. Room was average in size, cleanliness and decoration. Bathroom was also average and everything was working properly. Cleaning service was good and daily. Location is good and has 800m distance from kaba and touching of the extension boundary of masjid Al Haram.
1. Speaker in the room was not working. When I did complaint then staff told me that it is not connected from the Haram while I opened the speaker then voice was coming but very very low in volume. Actually audio system of the hotel needs to be fix. I did complaint again but staff was trying to convince me that it is the problem from the Haram Masjid but actually it was the hotel problem. 2. Kettle was not working but after complaint staff provided it.

It was not that great experience Sheraton overall as brand is not good as i have experienced in past couple of months staying at Niagara Falls Canada and now Makkah. both seemed like arrogant and can get away with whatever they can because of good locations otherwise hotel was mediocre and not very good needed update as seemed old and staff needs to be more friendly.
A bad hotel to stay only location was okay, Asking money but not giving same Value. First time in my life as I have stayed in many hotel past many years that their Management (managers) both days of my stay I saw were having breakfast at the Hotel which I had never seen before, Hotel was just Okay not good breakfast either.
