they make you pay for breakfast but they fail to tell you that it’s bread or croissant with pre packaged jams and coffee, don’t expect eggs or bacon etc staff is barely visible during check out no one was visible or around you can eat on site if they decide to keep the kitchen open wifi doesn’t work well, you need to log into different wifis depending on where you are used towels were left by the pool for more than 24hrs pools isn’t well maintained

To be fair everything in the bahamas is over priced, but this really wasn't good value for the price we paid. And the location is really the middle of not very much.

We liked the location of the property set in an elevated position with sea view. Consequently there are numerous steps so not suited to guests with young children or people with mobility issues. It’s a small hotel in a less tourist developed area of the island. It felt more personal staying here compared to a large resort. There are some good restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at the property one evening. The chef prepared an Indian meal to our specific requests and it was delicious.

When you leave the hotel there isn’t a specific walk way to get to the local beaches or restaurants. You have to be very careful because the cars are going fast and there’s blind spots. Potentially dangerous.

The room was perfectly simple and exquisite. The view was amazing from any direction and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

I’m a coffee drinker so having that always available would have been great. The property is amazing in every sense of the word. For me, tying those moments with my cup of coffee would have helped.

A lot of steps to carry the suitcases down in the morning as too early for anyone to be there to help The pool was green and filthy.

We appreciated the care and stewardship being given to this beautiful unique property. The staff went above and beyond during our stay from the moment we arrived until we left. The restaurant was some of the best Indian food we have had. The pool was clean and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a huge balcony with gorgeous views. We will be back next time we are laid over in Nassau.

True Vintage Bahamian Villa. Very cozy and quaint wives and girlfriend will find it Romantic. Very Ernest Hemingway. Food service needs a lift! Good food but presentation and attention needs attention. Young new owner eager to please!
