Great location, just in front of the metro station, a lot of restaurants and convenience stores surrounding the hotel and easy to get taxi for our morning flight

Great location next to the Krail and food in the area. Good layout for a hotel split with Days and Hinton hotels right next to Burger King.

Nothing bad besides check-in is at 3 pm only no earlier.

Near to the metro station which has a direct line to the airport. The downside, about to an hour ride to the city centre.

I read one of the comments/reviews in booking.com and it was verified in Mar 2023 saying that there is a free shuttle to the airport. I also double check on the official website that there is a scheduled free shuttle to the airport. That's the primary reason for us to stay in the hotel. However, when I checked in, the staff told us that the free shuttle service no longer available. After checking, the official website is an old one but I do not get it why the comment was approved in Mar 2023 and the stay was in Feb 2023 saying that there is free shuttle. This is also the first time that I checked in a 3/4 stars suite or hotel with no shower gel or shampoo given. The reason cited was due to the regulation that encourages them to go green. I get that and I support that but I have also been traveling in other part of Korea and yes, they do not provide one-time used items but they do have a bigger ''bottle'' that's attached at the wall, providing shampoo and shower gel. That's not a one-time used item. It was a surprise to me that such a simple necessity is not provided in a ''4 stars suite/hotel". Narrow "walk-way" in the room as shown by other reviewers.

Hotel location was nearby Incheon International airport and these was given easy access to travellers whose flights reached late at night or catch early morning flights. Hotel also provide free airport shuttle coach every 30min

I like that there are a kitchen, a fridge, and a laundry machine inside a room.

Amenities were not for free.

Personnel not kind. Room is too hot.

Staff was helpful and place was reasonably clean.

Unpleasant odor Smell in the room was really bad. It seems like someone previosly smoked in the room. Althouth i kept the window open, smell stayed. I have let the staff know. Staff offered ti change my roim next morning but i was toi busy. Room was smaller than the photo and tv was too close to the bed.

The location is very close to the airport and therefore very convenient in case of early morning flights.

There was a hair on the bed, inside the blanket and also several hairs in the shower. The tv remote was no where to be found but i admit i was too lazy to go asking to the desk.
