Creo que aprovechar Valencia de la manera que lo hicimos no hubiese sido lo mismo estando en cualquier otro lugar. Lo primero es resaltar la amabilidad y el deseo que tenia Maria en que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor posible y sin duda alguna lo logro. El sitio es adorable y con un muy buen gusto, posee todo lo que un viajero necesita y mas. La ubicacion no puede ser mejor, la luz es maravillosa. Hay mil motivos para regresar y siempre hospedarnos en el mismo lugar. Gracias.

L'alloggio era in una posizione centralissima. Maria la proprietaria è stata super carina e disponibile nel darci le indicazioni che ci servivano. L'alloggio ha un balconcino meraviglioso che si affaccia sulla piazza più bella di Valencia. L'area è circondata di tutti i servizi necessari ma rimane comunque molto silenziosa. L'autobus è a 3 minuti di distanza a piedi e la metro 4 minuti.

The apartment was immaculate, nicely decorated and had all amenities. It was centrally located and everything was as described.

The location was right in the centre. 5 - 10 minutes stroll to anywhere in the centre. The property was clean, modern and had everything you needed. Best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in.

Apartment is beautiful, clean and in a really central location. Maria the host is so helpful with communication and recommendations. Couldn’t be happier! It was the perfect base for our few days in Valencia.

Absolutely nothing!

The apartment is in a phenomenal location, walking distance to old town and all major attractions and just steps away from the bus stop, metro station, grocery store, cafes and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and other parts of the city. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped for a long-term stay with all facilities to feel like at home. Maria was just amazing from the moment of booking till the last day, very welcoming and helpful with great recommendations. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and couldn't choose a better place and host!

Amazingly well designed, clean, bright and airy apartment. Centrally located, easy to walk to all the main sights and so well connected for public transport to and from the airport, couldn’t be simpler. Brilliant hosts!

Very stylish and at the same time cozy apartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The flat is really in the middle of the city, it was really nice. A little bit loud from the street but we were ok with it. Design of the flat is cool and size was good for 2 person. The hosts were really nice, gave us recommendations, contacted with us many times if we are ok or need anything.

Excellent location, in the City Hall Plaza. Very close to the old town and good restaurants. Great hosts!!!

Being a summer destination, it is understandable that there is no floor heating system. Because it is February, we used the AC on the heating program and it did the job.

Central location, great hoster/accommodation owner. The flat has everything we need-washing machine, laundry line, working kitchen, air com.... We had great time staying and kids loved this place. It is above a busy restaurant so we can hear musicians play music every night around 10pm, but they are very pleasent, we enjoyed the music. However if you want absolute quietness and sleep early, this needs to be taken into consideration.

the apartment is super cozy and literally in the heart of the city! the owner was very helping sharing many many tips and make our stay more comfortable!

no air conditioning in the bedroom, just a fan which was not enough to sleep during these super warm days. we tried the first night but we ended up to sleep in the sofa all the three nights. (A/C only in the living room)

The central location makes it very easy to visit all the historic places in the city.

The location is superb and the flat is beautifully appointed, with lots of light and many places where to lounge: the sitting place at the window is particularly nice and nothing is missing in terms of equipment and tools. We have been there in 4 people for many days and it didn't feel too small or constrained. The hosts have been extremely kind and supportive.

The location of the flat, which is awesome, also makes it rather noisy when there's lots going on in the street and square.

Our travel experience started with the host-Maria-who was in a constant contact with us, exceptionally friendly and supportive. As scheduled, she personally gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. Additionaly, we got an email with answers to the questions we were interested in: useful shops, places, etc. The apartment was very clean, giving the atmosphere freshness and a real "feel like home". The location is a big MUST for tourists as it is in the most beautiful part of the city, has reliable transportation and takes you straight into the throbbing heart of gorgeous Valencia.

I've been to Valencia before but this location is number 1. It's great, right in the center, and everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is confortable,host is very nice and gives you all the information you need for a perfect stay

Was super clean, great location, cute and modern apartment. Easy to use keys and facilities. The street is all restaurants and ice cream, pharmacy. Cabs are lined up at the very end of the street. Cabs are easy and cheap in Valencia. Blinds are on every window, including between bedroom and kitchen. She also has metal closures on the outside windows to keep noise out.

This apartment is superb in it's location, cleanliness, layout and facilities. It is literally right in the middle of Valencia. The apartment is exceptionally clean, the kitchen is well equipped with supplies in the presses of coffee, teabags, sugar, salt etc, as well as cleaning products. The bedroom is spacious with adequate clothes storage. There is a fan in the bedroom, while the main living area has air conditioning. The balcony has room for a little table and two chairs, which is wonderful to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine while watching life going on around you, Maria was exceptional in her communication, always available for any queries and for recommendations. Our flight was later afternoon, and although checkout is by 12.00pm we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment until 2pm. We will certainly recommend this apartment to anyone we know that will be travelling to Valencia and we hope to stay here again ourselves.

Location was perfect, like the name of the property says. Owner was also a dream when it comes to communication and friendliness. Clean and well equipped apartment!

Bed could be a bit larger for 2 persons.
