Very dirty, on the morning of check out they woke us up three times to check if we were ready to leave 3,2 and 1 hours before we were required to check out

overall it’s clean, the location is quiet convenient, it had bus and tram nearby.

the smell was terrible, it smells like moldy vege, and also the bedding are wet, which caused us freezing and shivering all night:(

The shower was nice It was clean when we arrived except for some mould at the sink Close to the tram

The "kitchen" The pullout sofa was uncomfortable Took long to get to the center of Brussels

The bed and mattress was not good and there was no lift

the ceiling was dripping all night long for a moment we thought it will fall over our heads and it’s good that it’s not the part above our bed. there was no one to contact about it and it was the middle of the night when it happened twice . the neighbours above us where jumping over our heads all night as well

Easy check-in. Well located -- walkable distance to public transport! The room has all amenities.

All facilities just like in picture and description. Room is a bit small but just cosy enough for two people. Nice to have tv in the room.

Clean, nicely equipped private bathrom.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, it had a metal rod in the middle that you felt while lying in it.

Location was great, easy to move around. Staff was amazing as well.

The heat was turned on only in the night, during the day it was verry cold in the room....

It has mini bar which was perfect to our stay Rest room very clean, which is important Good to have a shower inside the studio

We already knew, but the stairs are not easy to manage bed sheets and the carpets a little old and not very clean

It was so close to the tram, easy to get in. We had everything in one room. For the price it was okay.

It was october and the heating was on at once during the 3 days. You can hear your neighbours clearly.

I found hair and pieces of biscuit on the bed, probably not changed the sheets. The stairs are super narrow, and the studio is on the top floor. toilets are shared. Metro and trains around, so it's quite noisy.

It was no breakfast for customer.Too much noise of cars and road maintenance.Easy for transportation to any place.

No elevator to get to your studio.There is no bed in the studio.No bathroom in the studio.2 bathrooms for 3 studios to use.Every time i need to use i had to go out of my room regardless of the hours we were in.it could be 3 am ,or afternoons.what is called bed ,is a sofa.I sent someone to check the studio ,to make a final decision before i come but it was made impossible,to be done.

The stairway up and the room are quite cramped. A lot of effort was made to make this a studio but it's a good room for a right price. The bed is a bit hard and just a folded couch. The light in the toilet goes out if you don't move constantly in front of the sensor.

The photos doesn't give us a picture of the reality. They have a hidromassagebath, doesn't need, but the other part ( wc is out of the apartment ,,☹️) kitchenette with no enough tools, there no was dolce gusto machine that we see in photo.
