Beds and lounge seating were very comfortable, sound proofing was very good. The view was excellent. We enjoyed our stay overall, this is a high quality home that was let down just a bit for us by the items mentioned below.

The kitchen surfaces and cupboards etc did not appear to have been cleaned properly for some time. Fridge freezer was very noisy, with broken shelves and not very clean. Parking turned out to be an issue particularly as we had 2 small boats to leave somewhere. Strangely there was nowhere to hang / store clothes / towels in some of the bedrooms other than the floordrobe! Circuit breaker tripped repeatedly when using multiple appliances in kitchen and laundry. These comments are made in good faith as it would be remiss of us to walk away without mentioning them.

Stunning views, and amenities were great, the Christmas tree was a great touch, thanks for that

Wish we knew there was beach towels, umbrellas and seats as we bought them all from Bunnings before arriving.

The views of Hahei from the hill were amazing and also the bush and plantings around the house made us feel like we were in a special place. The home cascades down the hill and is light and spacious. The beds were very comfy and both rooms had their own sea views as well as the living and master bathroom areas. A special little point of difference was the privacy of the property and the ability to shower al fresco while looking out to the islands. The owners were generous in allowing us to use their kitchen condiments etc and the coffee machines were appreciated. Kevin was very helpful with leaving excellent information and instructions on how to operate everything. Plus the chocolates and bottles of wine on arrival were a nice treat and a good way to start the holiday. A fantastic week in high summer at a beautiful location. We would recommend.

Not really something we didn’t like. - The walk back up to the house from the beach was great for us and was good exercise after a lazy day, but less able people may find it hard work.

Everything was lovely and the hosts were very accommodating and checked in with us on day 2 to see that everything was good Having a couple of spas with that amazing view was perfect

My only small criticism would be that the kitchen was a bit too cluttered
