Our apartment was over one of the most used channels by gondoliers. Gondolas passed every few minutes. With the Venetian style in the rooms, we experienced Venice as we desired.

Fantastic ladies by check-in, very kind and helpfull. Very nice view from the appartment. Very fair price.

The apartment is located in a small and quiet street, and it has a view to an inner canal. The apartment is fully equipped: the kitchenette has all the basic stuff to live there for a few days -but no microwave-. Bathroom is clean and in general the apartment is clean. The access is in a small street but it is pretty safe, do not worry about. The location is central: close to the Rialto bridge and to St. Mark's Square. A/C worked, but you have to put it to the max.

It was odd to find a couple of single beds next to the kitchenette, but I guess is for space-saving. Wi-Fi was intermittent and the last day it was simply gone.

This apartment belongs to San Luca Hotel but is situated a 2 min walk away in residence building were local people live with you. You can feel like a Venetian citizen which is great. The apartment is very clean in a lets say historic style and has a small kitchenette in the corner of the living room were there are also 2 single beds. The bed room was well sized and equipped with nice old wooden furniture. Both rooms windows faced a small side canal. Rialto is in walking distance of 5 min.

As it is an historic house the apartment is not the biggest. I found the bathroom quite small. The kitchenette was also just cramped in a corner of the living room beside 2 beds. Bit strange if you’ve cooked and somebody has to sleep in the same room. kitchen not well equipped with not enough cooking pots and utilities. The neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy in the evenings and trampling was audible til the later hours. There was construction work happening in the corridor as I was there which caused noise and dust.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Location - excellent, very easy to get around and easy to find.

WiFi doesn’t work. Kettle didn’t work although it was exchanged for a working one The property was not clean - very dusty. Our feet were icky from the floors. Could tell it had been left for sometime which we understand given the current climate but a refresh would have been appreciated.

Location! Big windows! The view! Location was great as it was easy to reach everything easily. We had everything we needed in the apartment. I absolutely loved the venice feeling with canal just below our window. Windows are big and when you close them , you cannot hear much noise from outside. We had some electricity shortages but I called the reception and the guy came to fix it in 2mins. The staff really cares about the quests.

bathroom could be renovated. AC was smelly.
