Die Lage und die Ausstattung

Wonderful experience: spacious apartment nicely decorated and very well equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us all sorts of advice and tips to stay in Venice with our 2 year old. While the apartment kept the charm of an old Venetian home, it also didn’t feel old and it was well looked after. The bathroom had been renovated and the flat was well insulated: windows and shutters completely neutralized the noise from outside. Very professionally run. We will come back!

Everything was perfect

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the plaza. Lots to do and eat!!!

Perfect place. Nothing not to like..

We were given very specific instructions on how to get to the property from the airport, who would meet us, and their pnone number. Elisa gave us a great list of places to visit, how to get there, places to eat. She answered all our questions and added helpful suggestions. The location was fabulous. Just steps from St. Marks square.

Didn't realize we would have to drag our luggage up so many steps.. We knew from the online picture that there were steps but there were more than we anticipated. Not undoable; just a surprise. Beds were comfortable enough with heavy comforters. Got pretty warm under them after awhile. A top sheet would help so you have something lighter to cover with. Everything was clean except for the bathroom rug. Felt like it had sand or something when you stepped on it.

Beautiful spacious apartment few steps from San Marco square. I really liked that there was absolutely no noise. The air-conditioning worked really well at the hottest time of the year. I've been many times to Venice and I was surprised that there were no mosquitoes, probably because we could keep the windows closed at night and the room was nicely cooled. The kitchen had everything possible for cooking the dinner. Also salt, sugar, tea, welcoming biscuits and schnapps. Beds were comfy, dining area and living room cozy. There were some really nice paintings on the wall that I appreciate as an artist. In the late evening we could watch sports and different channels from on the huge TV. One essential thing for successful travelling is good WiFi and that worked perfectly! The owners Max and Elisa are very kind. One of the best apartments I've stayed in Venice - much recommended 💙

Communication with Elisa was on point! When I have a question, she responds right away. During our stay, one of the AC (in the main bedroom) was not working. She told us about it before check in and had plans to get it fixed during our stay. Fortunately, there was another AC in the living room and a fan which helped a lot with the Venetian weather. Overall, we loved our stay and the location can’t be beat! Thank you Elisa for a wonderful stay!

Location is excellent! the apartment is big and have everything you need, for example washer, air conditioner. the host is very helpful. she recommend me a very good itinerary and was nice.

I do not like the stairs

Perfect location. Very friendly staff with good recommendations regarding restaurant. Perfectly equipped.
