Diese Loft-Unterkunft befindet sich im Ski Three-Komplex in der Nähe des Pools und verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer im 1. Stock und ein angrenzendes Vollbad. Die 2. Etage-Loft-Bereich umfasst ein Doppelbett und ein Tagesbett mit zwei Rollbetten auch mit Vollbad. Inklusive eines neuen La-z-Boy Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer können bis zu 6 Gäste bequem untergebracht werden.
Das Interieur besteht aus Granit, Hickory-Parkett, Schieferfliesen und komfortablen Möbeln. Eine aktualisierte Küche bietet einen neuen Herd, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, einen Geschirrspüler sowie einen übergroßen Gasgrill auf dem privaten Balkon, der fast alle Kochbedürfnisse abdeckt. Ein ferngesteuerter Gaskamin und eine Klimaanlage überwachen die Temperatur im Wohnzimmer. Eine zweite Klimaanlage deckt den Dachboden im Obergeschoss ab. Eine neue Stapelwaschmaschine / -trockner im Flur vereinfacht die Wäsche.
Die Reinigungskosten sind auf einen Aufpreis von 50 USD begrenzt und werden vom hauseigenen Personal bereitgestellt. Aufgrund der Reinigungsanforderungen gilt eine Mindestbuchungsdauer von 2 Nächten.

The condo was perfectly suited for our 3 generation girls road trip to Bend/Sisters. Clean, all the amenities we needed and great communication from manager.
Only thing missing was an option to recycle waste.

The property needs a few repairs, but overall good place and great location. Luckily, it had air conditioning while others in the complex did not. The manager quickly responded to my requests. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful time and great weather. The condo was a bit tricky to find and the fire place/heater is broken an makes a very loud noise. The second bedroom is a loft without a door that opens up to the sitting room and kitchen below. The photos of the condo didn’t really show that so it was a bit of a surprise. Great stay an quite though an clean.

The space was great and easy to get it Bachelor. A couple of things:
The cleanliness of the kitchen and the small appliances in it could be better
A few items that the kitchen was lacking:

Extra dish towels
More spoons (only three)
Outside of that, the place was great!

This is the third time I’ve stayed at the condo complex and would return. The unit was small but comfortable for 2 adults who each required a different bed and one child Unfortunately the unit we were supposed to stay was being renovated but this was not communicated to us until the day prior to checking in. We were offered an alternative smaller unit which we agreed upon but needed to sleep on a couch in the living room. The management was very nice about this and offered to either refund the entire amount or compensate by reducing the cost by one day’s stay. However they also wanted us to move in the middle of the stay which eventually was able to arranged to not have to. They refunded one day but didn’t cut back on the other vrbo and cleaning fees.
My real concerns are lack of planning and waiting too long ( overbooking in a peak season). I do understand construction issues but the unit should not have been advertised until ready.

We loved staying here. The community is perfect - great space, access to a walking trail along the river, a pool and hot tubs, and close proximity to town. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Bend!

This could was perfect for the grownup family and friend get together, simple, clean, perfect essential equipment amount but great location with safe and cozy atmosphere. We love it.

We loved staying at this property. Mt. Bachelor Resort has everything you’d need for the family to be happy from the pool to the playground to the trails right off the property. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was easy to get ahold of and solved all our issues. Beds were comfy.

I specifically chose this place because it had 4 beds for 4 adults. What wasn't explained in the listing is one of the twin beds is a trundle bed and needs to be set up. No photo of this bed. It was not set up for us and I was unable to get it set up. So a 6 ft+ man had to sleep on the couch which was too short. Even if the bed had been set up, the bed and mattress are really only good for a child.
Other than that, everything else was very nice. I would choose this place again if we didn't need that 4th bed.

Perfect location for concert at mill district. Easy parking. Super comfy beds. Only negative is lack of bright lighting in master bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Great basecamp for exploring Bend and surrounding area! Very comfortable, great beds, hot water, well equipped kitchen. On the outskirts of town - perfect for getting to the mountain fast. Will book this unit again!

The instructions on the property profile are paramount to finding it. Even Uber drivers were very confused as to where we were. However the place was pretty, comfy, and close to most things. We appreciated it greatly.

Family Stay
This was place was perfect four our family of four. We have two teens who took over the loft. Originally we planned to leave Bend after a few days, but since we were having so much fun we booked this condo last minute to prolong our stay. The owners were quick to respond and help us out with that. There was plenty of space and the kitchen set up had everything we needed. We cooked almost all of our food at the condo. We came in the summer, but I would love to visit again for one of our snowboarding trips.

Convenient, but rustic
We had a wonderful, brief stay in Bend. Stayed here as a stop-over to visit Crater Lake (about a 2 hr drive). Bend is beautiful! Tons of restaurants and outdoor activities.! We were also minutes from a nice hiking trail along the Deschutes River. Our place was comfortable, but a little dated. First floor bathroom (attached to Master Bedroom) looked like the original and the shower water pressure was low.
AC unit (we think) was retrofiitted in the living room and there was a sizable (chipmunk-size) hole to the outside. That being said, the place was comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked with herbs, spices and other everyday necessities. Master Bedroom, upstairs loft and bathroom all appear to have been updated recently.

This was perfect for the 3 of us. Great location. Only complaint is that water pressure was so low, it was almost impossible to take a shower.

Property not as advertised. Very old, outdated and dirty. Old food left in unit from who knows how many people.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at this condo. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness not because it wasn't clean but only because the water pressure is super low so not the most comfortable showering situation. And 4 stars for accuracy only because the pool and the spa was both under contruction so we were not able to utilize it. Other than those 2 minor issures, the place was perfect for our family of 4. It was an easy drive to Mt. Bachelor and we enjoyed some amazing powder while snowboarding there. We had to cut our trip short by one night and though we weren't able to get any money back, the owner did offer to give a discount for our next trip. Unfortunately, we are not sure when we will go back, but we would be happy to stay there again.

Great location, condo well equipped and designed. Nearly ideal.
Only negative we noted was noisy lower bedroom due to: noisy plumbing from upstairs, squeaky floor boards upstairs. Alsio experienced late night talking and apparent cooking activity in next unit, based on food odors somehow entering our downstairs bedroom!

Great stay
Very clean condo in a convenient location to Mt. Bachelor and a nice community. Just wish that the village hot tub was up and running, but the hosts do give you a guest pass to the local gym to use their pool/hot tub if wanted.

Lovely condo
Very pleasant place to stay, close to shopping, the river, and Mt. Bachelor for skiing. Communication with the host was very easy and all questions were answered amazingly promptly. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including pantry items. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the location, layout and features of the unit.Check in/out is so simple. Communication is great from proerty managers.Only issue was the water pressure in 2 parts of the unit.Downstairs shower and kitchen sink had very low water pressure. Upstairs shower and sink was better, I think.I don't usually complain or review...but do think you should know and address. It seemed low enough that there must be an issue that needs fixing.Otherwise, great unit. We will be back at some point soon!
