It was clean and convenient location to bus and train. Tesco supermarket across the road is fabulous. It was as shown in images online.The washer/dryer was perfect.

Very central easy access no stress

Property was pretty much windowless- but honestly not an issue in reality.

We booked a stay during July for 4 nights. We had tickets for a music event and wanted to incorporate some site seeing and nights out also. The communication with the host was very clear in the lead up to the stay. The key was in a locked box and a description of the area along with photos was provided so that there could be no confusion as to how and where to collect it. We stayed in basement apartment 1. The apartment was very central, only 10 minutes walk from Soho. Kitchen facilities were available and I can't comment on them as we didn't use them but I imagine this would be useful for someone who wanted to be self sufficient for some of their stay.

The door into the apartment has frosted glass which lets in light from the street lamps at night time and from the sun in the morning. There was no way to block this out when sleeping. A roller blind above the door or a curtain in front would greatly improve the situation. There was no mirror in the main living/sleeping area so I used the selfie camera on my phone to blow dry and style my hair before going out for dinner. There is a chest height mirror in the bathroom but a full length mirror would be useful in the main apartment for this purpose and for checking over your outfit before you go out for the night. These suggestions are both pretty simple fixes. It was noisy at night but this is to be expected when staying in the city center. The pub on the corner at street height was closed on the Saturday and Sunday but there was quite a bit of noise from people lingering outside on the Thursday night. I think they received a keg delivery early one morning and possibly the cellar wall is connected to the apartment (the apartment is a basement level but underneath the road above). Overall I would say this is a great apartment if you are going to be on the go for most of your trip and just need a base to come back to. Getting ready for a nice meal and evening out was difficult and a little uncomfortable. The price was affordable for the time of year so it depends on what your priorities are. If I was to come back I would seek out one of the other apartments in this complex as I think some of the discomfort relates to the fact that basement apartment 1 is underground.

Great location!!

Shower head fell twice whilst showering, shower door was broken and not clean. There was light constantly coming in from the street through the glass door. Needs a curtain or a blind to help block the light.

Everything was really great! Super easy to find and easy to access with the key check in, perfect location and even opposite a tesco supermarket for convenience. I will book again!

the actual flat i got bore no resemblance whatsoever to the images on booking.com. i was given flat no 1 which i level minus 1 and under the road, not under the building. very very different experience. stained glasses in main door and toilet window allows for minimal indication of day/night. discussiong the flat etc in isolation it was not bad, just completely different from what is presented at booking.com

It was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to shops & restaurants plus all tourist areas. Tube station close by if not wanting to walk too far.

Overall very clean, spacious and easy to access flat. Good instructions for key access etc.

My only gripe was the bed was a little hard and the ironing board was a table top version which you had to use on the floor due to location of sockets and length of iron power cord so not easy to use.

Access was confusing and over-complicated, with multiple emails and texts, the text I received was incomplete, and could have included the details that I was sent separately by an email which I didn't receive until the next day! No bread knife, breadboard or toaster, which all would have been good The lighting was all overhead lights except for a very low level bedside light. Some standing lights, eg by the sofa, and a higher power bulb in the bedside light would have been good.

The one thing that bother us, there is a barber underneath the apartment and he puts music all day long!!! Early morning till evening This really bothered us and although the place is great, we won't come back

it would be better to put a full size ironing board in there as that small counter top one is pretty poor.

it was loud during the night. the door and the window face the street and they do not provide sound cancellation.
