Excellent location with everything near in walking distance to places like restaurants, grocery shops, bus stops, and just less than 10 minutes walk to the beach going through the beachfront lift.

The only thing is that when I arrived nobody was waiting for us and I didn't get any especific information how to do the check in, this was a little bit confusing. I ask in the reception and the lady gave me an Israeli number to call. Luckily, a local friend was with me and I was able to make the phone call.

Approximately 50 meters across the window, there is a huge skyscraper in the construction process. Despite it being frozen during our stay, still you hear the loud noise of some machines, drilling, etc. And the view is like in the cyberpunk movie :) Also, directly under the hotel three open-air restaurants and when the construction stopped, they started. Other than that, all things were ok.

Great location, next to the beach, close to the the Independence square with many restaurants .and shops. The apartment us like a ine bedroom apartment , comfortable. The bed was so so.

The apartment is located on a third floor of a high rise. It is spacious and modern. It is close to the beach. The guy, might have been an owner, came, let me in but there was little direction. So the place had no shampoo, towel paper, coffee or water. That would have been a nice touch. There was enough toilet paper just for one day. The shop nesr by was very expensive. Dont buy there. Walk to the Independence Square and along the street and they have ither much more reasonable shops. When I left, the owner didnt even stop by. I left the key with some people downstairs who knew him. It was not a very personal experience like with other places I visited. No communication.

The location was FANTASTIC! Veiw was unreal. comfortable, spacious!! Highly recommend!
