The property was amazing, beautiful pool and everything you would need,,, unfortunately the house directly behind us had the e3 dogs that were non stop barking and at times sounded like dog fights,,, i realize that this is out of your control but more times than less it made enjoying the pool & grilling a little less enjoyable,, but over all the property was amazing,,

Our family of 12 vacationed over the holidays and were very comfortable with our accommodations. The house is large enough to give us space and the outdoors was fabulous……eating meals together by the pool was special. This home made our trip memorable.

This house is amazing!! My girlfriends, group of 8, were in Aruba on a girls trip. The house provided more than enough space for everyone. The back yard with the pool was exceptional. We hired a chef that came over and cooked brunch daily and we sat at the outside table.
There were more than enough beach towels for all of us and also had beach chairs that were were able to take to the beach if needed. Just need to go to the grocery store, all the pans, dishes, towels and everything else needed is in the house.
The only con about the house is that, as the previous 2 renters stated, the dryer DOES NOT WORK!! They sent someone over a couple of times and said it was fixed but it was not. It would eventually turn on but there was no heat. This was frustrating as we were at the beach daily, stayed for a week, and needed to wash. They just need to replace the dryer.

Our first trip to Aruba and this home was perfect! We were a family of seven and enjoyed sitting out back, cooking, swimming, playing cards, etc. The property management was very quick to respond and send people over to fix anything we needed.
The dryer did not work. The repairman came and told me how to use it but it did not work. We were able to hang clothes out back in the sun and they dried quickly with the windy conditions.

Everything said about this property is accurate - we had an excellent stay and the property managers are on top of everything - they responded to requests immediately and were able to bring anything we needed to the house within 15 minutes. The house is great for a group and we would definitely book this property again next time we are in Aruba!

Our stay was awesome!! There is plenty of space for large groups and the hosts were very accommodating! Before and During our stay Julia was very helpful. She put me in touch with a concierge who arranged a private chef and UTV adventures for us!

The management company went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were unbelievably responsive from first contact while booking the reservation. Our second day in Aruba, my husband cracked his tooth and was in extreme pain. It was Good Friday and every dentist was closed. Stuart, from the management company, found a dentist willing to come in and examine him. She did a root canal and prescribed an antibiotic (all within 30 minutes). Great dentist! Thinking of starting a dental tourism business. :-) Our entire trip to Aruba was wonderful. Definitely a full service rental company and better than any service we could have received at a five star hotel.

I stayed in this home over the holiday break in 2020. There were 8 of us in total, 6 adults and 2 teenagers--3 different families. There was a lot of space, and we were very comfortable. The garage was converted to living space, and when combined with the bedroom and bathroom that was connected to it, it was like an apartment on its own. We put the college boys there and they had their own space to play ping pong (or use the balls for other hijinks!), watch TV, etc, until all hours of the night, without disturbing anyone else. The teen girls shared a bedroom that led directly into the pool, which they loved.
I would like to mention one of the bedrooms is actually inside the master bedroom, so it shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. This worked out fine for us, but if someone intends on using the master bedroom and would like complete privacy, you won't be able to use that extra bedroom. The master bedroom was enormous though, and very lovely, and the extra bedroom was large w two twin beds (or push it together to make one large king.)
The house was very clean, and Stuart, the property manager, was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc.
Because of the pandemic, we did not go out to eat as much as we would have liked, but we did go to Zeerover(fresh shrimp and fish but all fried)
Flying Fishbone (good, not great, maybe not worth the cost)
Salt and Pepper (yummy sangria and good tapas)
Eduardo's Beach Shack (Vegan, good acai bowls and drinks)
Dutch Pancake House (good breakfast/dutch pancakes)
Taste My Aruba (yummy)

The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes/cooking utensils/basic spices and oil, so it was very easy for us to cook, which we did a lot.
Overall, it was a nice trip, and I would recommend this

We met friends here for a fun 50th birthday celebration. It did not disappoint. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our group of friends. The pool was the perfect temperature, the location to the beach was ideal. We enjoyed Arashi Beach and would highly recommend it. The property was clean and well maintained. If we needed anything the caretaker, Stuart, took care of it and was always super friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The villa, the location and the management team are beyond compare. The house is wonderful with a generous amount of space. The backyard kitchen and pool kept us outside even when we were not at the nearby beaches. Stuart and Julia responded with any issues immediately and I can not say enough good things about them. We stayed here with 13 girls for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! the house was so clean and so spacious. huge & comfortable kids size beds and plenty of large spacious bathrooms. the outdoor area with grills and pool is awesome - kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you may need. stuart and julia were so incredibly helpful leading up to our stay (they answered all of our questions, had great recommendations) and were so accessible once we arrived. the neighborhood is super quiet and is only a 10 min / $10 taxi to palm beach. we could not recommend this house enough! thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect time for our large family of 10 adults and two children! The location was amazing being very close to lots of beaches as well as too many activities in the high-rise hotels. The management was always available when we needed them! House was well-maintained and beautiful with a resort feel! The pool and grounds were lovely! Would highly recommend and we hope to return one day!

I absolutely loved my stay not only in Aruba but the home as well. There was plenty of space for that free alone time one might need during a big group of girls. I loved waking up before everyone and enjoying the sun and pool before taking on the day. You all were great hosts and fulfilled all desires!! The only thing I would recommend to other guests is possibly renting a car or really explaining the taxi use prior to. I thought we would be able to walk to more places from our location. Although the taxi rides were fine it was just a slight adjustment we had to get used to. I definitely will be back to Aruba and want to check our your other properties and if not, Villa Azul is home!!!

The management company was absolutely amazing. Stuart was there to answer all of my questions, and anything I needed resolved was handled immediately. The locations is great! We rented a car which was very clutch for trips to the store or to go out to eat, but we also took taxis for late night partying. Everything was between 5-20mins from us, so I definitely appreciated that. The house is massive so you don’t have to worry about space at all. I thought it would be a bit more modern in person but it looks like the house is a bit older, but nothing at all concerning. I would for sure stay again, and if not at this specific property definitely one of the properties with the same management company.

Villa Azul is exactly like the pictures yet the pictures cannot capture the serenity of this beautiful home. This was a birthday trip with 9 people and those that wanted time to themselves had it because there is so much space. We even had a 1 am laughing fit upstairs that no one else in the house heard. The house is spotless, well equipped and simply perfect. Ardeline, Stuart and Julia are SO SWEET and accommodating. We've decided to make this our yearly retreat.

The house is absolutely amazing!!! We had 9 adults and 4 children in our party, and we had more than enough space for everyone. The house looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and in a great, safe neighborhood. Freya came by to greet us when we arrived, and right before we left. Also, Stuart came by when a breaker blew in one of the bedrooms, and had it fixed for us before we came back from dinner. I would absolutely recommend this house and can't wait to stay here again!!!

Girl's Trip to Celebrate a 50th Birthday
Nine ladies stayed in this wonderful home. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We pre-ordered groceries and Freya had them delivered and stocked. In addition, she arranged for a chef to cook an in home meal for us. It was fabulous. We had a problem with the washing machine and they sent a repair man to fix in a quick manner. Loved our stay and will be back.
