This was our third time renting this apartment. Each year it just gets better. This year there was new and improved internet. The kitchen is even better equipped. The host is a delight to work with and responsive to questions. We have already booked for next year.

This is probably the most beautiful VRBO I've ever stayed at. The decor is fabulous, the location is perfect, the rooftop space is lovely, it was just stunning. I would highly recommend staying here.

Property was well appointed and very comfortable. Hosts were quick to reply to any questions and very nice. A little jewel in the romantic zone.

From the beautiful ocean views to the sparkling rooftop pool to the comfortable beds, this condo was an ideal place to stay when visiting PV. The location is central and an easy walk to all of the attractions and only one block to the beach. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to PV during NYE to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday. We came across this listing on VRBO and the three of us loved the look. The owner was very quick to respond and answer questions. When needed and they were able, he was flexible and that was a HUGE help, especially because of the flight drama this year. On arrival, the property manager was kind and helpful. His tour was helpful and concise. The condo was AMAZING. There was three of us, so each room having its own bathroom was wonderful. The condo was very clean and organized, with gorgeous views of the city and the ocean. The location was ideal because it was close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, but a block or two from the “action” so it was also very quiet at night. The pool and roof deck were amazing places to relax and enjoy your day/evening. This was a quality location/space with an owner who really looked after their guests. We highly recommend this location.

Brian was an incredibly welcoming host, always responding right away to any questions regarding check in/out and house logistics. The unit was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool and gym were also perfect for our stay. The apartment complex is located in a safe area close to the beach and various restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Vallarta!

Due to travel restrictions, Brian and Jim were so gracious to allow us to reschedule our trip a couple times (with ample notice provided). We finally made it and we were so impressed with this property and location. They were perfect hosts, quick to respond and left us with no concern from start to finish. The condo is tastefully decorated with beautiful art and furnishings. The condo and complex is quiet and secure making it very relaxing to come home after a day on the beach or exploring all PV's cultural surroundings. The decks on the condo have beautiful ocean and mountain views. I could set there for hours. The rooftop is just stunning with the beautiful pool, hot tub and view. We had a fantastic vacation with spectacular place to call home for the week. Thank you Brian and Jim for sharing you Beautiful Mexican Home!

This condo has amazing views, awesome layout and is super clean. We had a great time and Brian was great to work with. The staff at V177 is great too. So friendly and helpful.

This trip was another wonderful experience in the V177 unit. Brian takes wonderful care of his condo and everyone in the building is very friendly and helpful. Even hurricane Rosalyn didn’t stop us from having a great vacation. Looking forward to staying in this unit again in the near future!

My friend and I are repeat guests at Brian's place, for good reason. We love the view of the ocean, the comfortable interior and exterior furniture, and the rooftop pool and amenities. We had a fantastic time once again and are looking forward to our next trip!

I love this condo, location, floor plan, pool etc. the security at the front desk 24/7 is a nice bonus.

Perfect property for two couples. Both bedrooms were great. Spent lots of time on the deck looking at the ocean. Fabulous location. Walked to beach everyday and dinner every night. Hope to return.

This was our second time staying at Brian’s lovely condominium. The amenities in the building and everything about this unit is just great. We have already reserved for next year!

V177 is a great building in a perfect location in the Romantica Zone. Highly recommend it.

This is a really nice place, both the building and the unit itself. True double master bedrooms so everyone is very comfortable and no need for sharing bathrooms. Full kitchen and full laundry in the unit reduced what we needed to pack - it was like home away from home. The building is very central within the Zona Romantica with easy walks to lots of restaurants and other activities while also quite close to the beach. Building amenities are excellent - top level has a nice (small) infinity pool, hot tub, gym, barbecue grill and lots of chairs to sun and hang out. Pictures in the listing are very accurate and representative of what we found. The building had a very secure feel. One (slight) point on the downside was a lot of traffic noise with the (beautiful) windows wide open to the balconies - but with the windows to the bedrooms shut at night there were no issues at all. Definitely recommended!

first time staying at V177 and we all enjoyed it immensely The unit is quite large with 2 master suites, perfect for 2 couples. 2 Large balconies to stare at the ocean/sunsets.. lovely building, rooftop was amazing..

Situated only one block from the beach, this beautifully appointed condo is in a perfect location whether you want to have a beach day, walk to shopping and restaurants, or have a night out on the town. The condo is part of a modern complex with secure, gated entry and helpful staff. The rooftop pool has beautiful views of the beach and the city. The unit itself is well laid out with both generously-sized bedrooms having their own en-suite bathrooms. We traveled with another couple, and the unit was the perfect size and layout to enjoy each other’s company and also have privacy when needed. All the furnishings are modern and beautiful, complete with stunning artwork. The highlight of the unit is the view of the beach which greets you from the minute you walk in. The condo comes with two balconies that are perfect for catching the amazing Puerto Vallarta sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing beautiful condo in the perfect location. Would stay here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the condo. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the easy access to both the pool and hot tub upstairs, as well as the beach clubs half a block away. We'll definitely stay here again!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with every amenity and conveniences needed for a stay . Great location, in walking distance to many restaurants and shops and to the beach. We spent every night either on the balcony overlooking the ocean or lounging on the pool deck which was very relaxing. The entire process was seamless. The only "complaint" we have is the shower hot water took several minutes (5-15- min) to warm up.

This two bedroom, two and a half bath condo is absolutely perfect with upscale a finishes, washer & dryer, balconies, and rooftop pool. The location was great to walk to everything and beach located across the street. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Sleep, location, security and windows on vacation are all important to me. I love that you can open the sliding doors and unit front door for a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the unit. Eduardo, the security guard loves Arizona green tea. He will always remember your name and greet you! Rooftop pool is fun and a great way to meet other guest and owners! Close to wonderful restaurants, the beach, hiking etc. So much to do in PV and most can be done on your own.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. Location, view And the condition of the unit was perfect. Close to beach and restaurants plus a small Mercado steps away. Check in and check out was smooth and simple. Infinity pool with a great view.We highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there in the future.

We have traveled to PV several times a year, for the last 25 years or so... this was by far the nicest rental we've had. Overall we thought it was an awesome condo. Beautiful finishes and all the amenities we could want. Very cozy and maintained perfectly. We appreciated the first rate linens, well appointed kitchen and very tasteful décor. Management staff was amazing, friendly and were more than happy to help with information and directions. The location was perfect for us, easy walking to everything we enjoy in PV. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, layout, decoration, comfortable (felt cozy at home), view, seamless checkin, communication and so much more. No complaints at all. Pictures don’t do it justice. Recommend owner to post better pictures as the unit is gorgeous and well done. Looking forward to come back again in the near future.
