My friend and I stayed at 403 for a week and loved the location, snorkeling, promptness of Matias when help was needed, ease of parking and the spacious unit. It was well furnished with updated beds and furniture and clean enough, but needed some updating in the kitchen and guest bathrooms. The interior stairs to the bedrooms were good for us, however I would not recommend for small children as there is no hand railing on 1 side which is a nice modern look but very open. The kitchen was perfect for making snacks and drinks but I would not consider it equipped to prepare a full meal for a family. Over all we loved our stay here and appreciated the attentiveness of the property manager when we needed something.

We planned a 5 day vacation in Cozumel to rest an recover from months of Cancer Treatment. Matias was an outstanding communicator and concierge with staff helping us with luggage and then crisis that developed poolside day 2 of vacation. He drove to the property,called an ambulance and came to our rescue to translate and direct us to a hospital ~ checked on us and moved us to 1st floor no stairs when discharged from hospital 2days later. Matias exceeded all expectations from an employee perspective ~ it was as though my brother was with us to help us navigate through the medical crisis of “gran mal seizures” getting treatment to evaluate In Cozumel! We are world travelers all our life ~ this was our only emergency experience and this man is a really incredible human! You are Safe at Cozumel seaside vacation properties. We have had 20 or so trips to Cozumel ~ we will be back & will not stay anywhere else.

When I think of Cozumel I think about Miramar as my home. I have visited alone and with my grandchildren. Each time we received a warm welcome. The staff responded to requests without hesitation. Communications were answered promptly. When I return to Cozumel, I will return to Miramar.

We had a wonderful stay again at Miramar! Matt and Isabella are terrific hosts. The condo had everything we needed and the location can't be beat! Hope to return in the spring! Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! The comfort of the beds, the view from the balcony, the pool and ocean right out the back door, the staff. We had an amazing experience and will definitely return!!

We had a great time staying at this property. The condo was close to restaurants and downtown. Snorkeling around the condo was great! The property management company responded quickly and arranged for a rental to be delivered to the condo and on site COVID testing.

We stayed at Miramar 403 for a week. The condo has a beautiful ocean view. It was clean dry and comfortable. The quality of the bed makes a vacation for me, and this one was very nice, firm yet slightly plush. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials to cook meals. Huge props to the grounds keepers on property! One day they were cutting the palm trees and coconuts. I asked if there was coconut milk in the basketball sized cocunuts. He said yes! And then proceeded to hack a couple with a machete so we could drink them. They were so delicious! We washed and dried a few loads of clothes. We had an issue with our washing machine and the grounds keepers tended to the repair immediately. The entire property was clean and well kept. With one giant stride or jump off the diving platform we were in the ocean with AMAZING snorkeling! There's a little gear shop a short walk south called Pepe's where we rented some gear. Matt and Isabella were accessable by e mail and responded quickly. They were very helpful with arranging experiences and the COVID test required to re enter the states. The quality and the price were spot on. Thank you Matt and Isabella! We will stay here again!!!

This was a last minute quick trip before XMas. Matias made it easy to arrange everything from diving to Covid test to renting a Jeep. The island was so beautiful that we were hardly in the condo!

Condo was just as advertised. We stayed in top floor condo, which is actually two floors in itself. Living areas on "first" floor, two BR upstairs. Condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials, towels (including beach towels), and paper products. Full sized w/d worked well. Lots of stairs, so be warned this is not a condo for people with small children/strollers or those who cannot handle 3 full flights of stairs to get from parking lot to BR level. Another flight of stairs down to get to pool level. (We rationalized that we were climbing a lot of stairs all day, so we could have more cocktail calories ;-). Mattias was very responsive to all requests. Covid testing folks arrived on the dot and provided prompt results. Be warned - early morning Covid testing slots fill up quickly, so reserve ahead so it doesn't impact your day of fun! Two small drawbacks: 1)balconies are not very private - you effectively share with your neighboring condo, with only a very low wall in between. But our "neighbors" were scuba divers, so they were up and out early, leaving us with balcony to ourselves most mornings. 2) no light weight blankets. Couldn't even steel one off a bed, there are only sheets and empty duvet cover. Norte' was blowing, so I would have liked to have a throw blanket to wrap up in while enjoying my coffee on the balcony. (probelm solved by doubling up on sweatshirts). The best part - the pool is kept in pristine condition and you have instant access to some of the best snorkeling on the island. We saw tons of fish, a few eels, starfish (unusual in this area of the island), cuttlefish, and even one small octopus (rare to see in daytime!) What a treat to just jump in to a real life aquarium at any time! We will definitely keep this on our list when we return to paradise.

The property was exactly as I expected it to be based on pictures, reviews, and previous knowledge of the area. The unit and property were clean and having a maid come every other day was a nice plus! Matias was awesome to work with! He was a wonderful communicator, always getting back to me quickly, usually within an hour. He was very helpful with any questions or recommendations regarding rental vehicle, food, things to do/see, and pre-arranging COVID tests done in our unit prior to our departure from the island. Thank you for a wonderful place to come home to after exploring the many awesome things to do on Cozumel!

Beautiful and peaceful stay. Matt, Pepe and other personnel were kind and attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, and we also enjoyed meeting some of the other guests on the property. Snorkeling right off the property was excellent, and we especially liked getting in and out via ladder, thereby avoiding sand being tracked all over. Matt's suggestions on restaurants and things to do were top notch, and they helped create some memorable moments and experiences on the island. We loved it and will soon be back!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The property was great and you get FAR more value than staying in a hotel. The snorkeling was great - we saw puffer fish, eels, stingrays, barracuda, and tons of neon colored tropical fish. The current can be a bit challenging but if you stay within a few hundred yards of the condo it shouldn't be a problem. If your're coming for diving, chose an operator based out of the northern marina as its only a 10min walk. The only downside was the lack of hot water for showering. You could chose hot without water pressure or water pressure without heat. Not ideal but it makes you get in/out quick!

But as a female vacationing alone, I did not once feel uncomfortable even though I walked sometimes at dusk .The pool and sun deck were a nice place to relax and there is easy access to the ocean for snorkeling . Lots of fish to watch.I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple or small family.Matt and his staff were very easy to deal with start to finish without being intrusive.I'd like to return!

The Miramar condos are a great place to stay. The place was nice and clean. The pool and snorkeling is the best in Cozumel. The staff was great to work with.

We have been in Cozumel many times and stayed in a variety of places. from minimalist dive hotels (Blue Angel - a very basic room. pretty good food at their one restaurant, good dive op), to all inclusive resorts (Sabor, Secrets - very convenient for divers, but we get sick of the food very quickly). Mirimar is perfect for us as we like to eat breakfast an lunch in (before and after diving with Scuba Mau), and go out to explore the local fare for dinners. The place is beautiful (#403), clean, has the nicest pool, very friendly people, great staff - they cleaned our condo eery other day. It's outside of town so its more quiet than downtown places, but its just a $4 cab ride ... Not the cheapest, but worth every penny! We would love to spend a month there when we retire

This condo is all about the view.... seeing the sunset everyday against the ocean backdrop is amazing!!!! I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Matias and Isabella for all the recommendations on where to eat, having the insight of locals has made this vacation one which all others will be measured by. We absolutely loved staying at Miramar Condominiums. Great location away from the center but only a five-minute drive from downtown. We rented 3 condos. The condos were beautifully furnished great kitchen great bathrooms and the views were amazing. Infinity pool was beautiful and there was a diving deck into the ocean which was also great for snorkeling. I would highly recommend this to anybody visiting the island we will be back for sure.

This was our first time to Cozumel and we wanted a special place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Condo 403 far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful inside and out. The condo looks just like the photos with the beautiful decor and the views are amazing. Matias (property manager) was extremely helpful to make this anniversary special setting up flowers arrangements in the unit for my wife. We also had Chef Anthony prepare several dinners on site which was an awesome experience. We look forward to returning soon and would highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway!

We loved the Miramar and our condo 403. The management was wonderful, the facilities amazing. We had no complaints. It's a lovely location and it's a small building, so the people staying there tended to get to know each other and share cocktails or chats at the pool -- if desired. The snorkeling just off the back was incredible -- fish of all types, sea snakes, puffer fish, and even a lion fish. Visibility was phenomenal. And you can't beat the sunsets. Honestly, this was one of the best places we've ever stayed at on vacation. Matias was wonderful in helping book a car and other activities. Also: Go to Perlita restaurant as recommended by Matias and the owners. It's incredible.

We loved our experience and are looking forward to go back in the near future. We loved going in the sea right from the deck. The surroundings are very intimate (only 12 condos) Very well managed, organized. Everything was perfect!

Great location, quiet, snorkelling right out your door, condo unit has all you need to make meals plus a great balcony for ocean views. We rented bikes for our stay so we could ride around the island and into town-- it was so nice not to have to always walk or hail a taxi.

We loved this area on the island because it's so nice and quiet. the view you have from your balcony will make sure you will never forget this holiday.For that and more reasons we want to come back to Miramar Condos soon!!

My wife and I stayed in Miramar 403. This condo is located on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the water and pool. We really fell in love with Miramar (so much so we stayed an extra night). We relaxed by the pool, snorkeled in the easily accessible water right off the premises. It was very close to town, but not too close. All the staff were very helpful and truly made the stay very enjoyable. The condo was clean, cool and had all that we needed to enjoy ourselves during our stay. We can't wait to return in the near future. Muchas Gracias! See you soon!

Our primary mission was to introduce our 10 and 8 year old children to Cozumel where we could relax, swim and snorkel. Miramar provided all of this well. Like other reviews we enjoyed the peace and quiet of being in a smaller condo north of town. Current was fairly mild during our visit but we would usually walk to the Coral Princess and enter water and exit at condo. We also walked north a couple of days and explored further down the beach. Lots of juveniles in the shallower water. We saw a baby octopus, eels, variety of fish and one day even a large green eel free swimming further north. The walk to town is very doable but it was hot during our visit and we ended up taking more taxi rides than walking with the children. Rented a car one day for island excursions and may have car more next time. The property was great, well maintained and clean. Kids loved the pool any time of day or night and jumped from ocean platform many times. it was a great experience!

The staff at Cozumel Seaside Retreats go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect.they were very helpful and answered our emails promptly. our condo was in perfect order, we went to Mega for groceries the morning after our late arrival. Joyce also arranged our rental car and our dives with Tres Hermanos. We had a great view of the ocean from our bedroom and great views of the sunset. The condo was nicely equipped and a short ride or 20 minute walk to town.

MIRAMAR 403 is so comfortable. It has everything you need.You feel you can use it and not worry about breaking it. Some places I have stayed are so beautifully decorated I am afraid to touch anything. It is decorated perfectly for a relaxing vacation. It has a washer, drier, microwave, hair dryer (A real one not the little travel size one), wash cloths which are a luxury in Mexico, plenty of towels. And the beds are very comfortable. Medium to soft not your typical hard bed and a really comfortable chaise lounge with an ocean view in the bedroom. Perfect for reading.

This was my third time and Cozumel and the first time I've stayed in unit 403 and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean and comfortable with great views and a large pool to swim and watch the ships come in. The location was ideal. Close enough to down town to walk, but there are always inexpensive taxi's going by to pick you up (even had one come by at 5AM to take us fishing). Comfortable beds and attentive management. Next visit, I will be staying here again (and again)

We really enjoyed our recent stay in this condo. It was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views from the balconies are amazing. One nice surprise for us was the quality of the snorkeling right off the property. We saw tons of tropical fish as well as rays, flounder, conch and sea urchins. The snorkel gear that was available to us was great as well. I have been to Cozumel several times, but never stayed on this end of the island and really liked it. It's a little more quiet and adult oriented. We had a rental car, which was super convenient and enabled quick and easy trips to town and further north to some great restaurants. The distance to town is certainly walkable, but I would recommend a rental car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved it here!
