The hotel is very old and in serious need for renovation I found a cockroach on the nightstand Bathroom needs a major overhaul TV is too small Breakfast staff are not friendly except for the manager who was helpful and friendly

The view from our room on the 26th floor. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good variety at buffet breakfast of international and Moroccan specialties.

Funny smell in corridor on 26th floor. Breakfast staff were attentive to selective customers but not to us. We were ignored most of the time and had to wait ages for coffee or cutlery.

There was big noise of contruction outside on a street

1. They said they did not have any booking under my name. After showing my booking confirmation, it took 20 min for them to fix their issue. But the arranged room was not same as what I booked. 2. I needed to ask always more than twice to get something done by the hotel staff. I asked the reception when I checked in if they have iron and the reception confirmed it’s available in my room. There was no iron available and I phoned them to bring one. I waited for 1 hour and no one came to my room. I called again and after 15 min iron was delivered. On the 2nd day morning, I called the reception and asked to bring toothbrush. No one came and when I went out from the hotel at 9am I asked the receptionist directly to put toothbrush in my room while I’m away. When I returned to the room around 10pm, no toothbrush was arranged. I called the receptionist from the room and after 20 min, it was finally delivered. 3. No WiFi password was given when I checked in. Thus I had to call the reception to check it.

The staff is very friendly always smiling and trying to help.

The noise in the room (not a good sound isolation system in the windows)

The staff was simply exceptional 😀 : professional, taking care of any need, prompt response, warm welcoming.. Thanks to The reception (Zakaria, Asmae...) to the concierge (Abderrahman...) to waiters (Fatima Zahra, Chaimae, ...)

Some facilities and accessories in the room need to be renovated/fixed
