The staff couldn't do more for you. On my arrival I queried the room and they went over and above to correct it. They also made me feel special on my birthday.not expected but 100% appreciated! Breakfast was good (avoid the pastries) . The omelette was my favourite and you can order a portion of bacon. The fresh fruit was delicious! I have no complaints and stayed 2 weeks (still have 3 more nights). Location is fab! I had a pool view room and recommended getting one of these as the city side can be noisy. Book it!

Great sized rooms. Two of our three rooms had been updated inside. All rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms overlooked the pool. Staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant/café by reception was fantastic. Great food and cheap. 7 Eleven is also right next door. Pool was awesome - plenty of deckchairs around pool. Excellent breakfast many options and they have different options daily. Location was great - 5 min walk from main beach/street. Bars and restaurants close by. Easy access to bars and nightclubs, but location is peaceful and slightly to the side of all the craziness.

Our second stay here. We were again very satisfied here. Big room with a balcony, cleaned every day, equipped with everything you need, good breakfast, something new every day. Clean pool very relaxing. Everyone speaks good English. Everything is close to the resort - night street, food market, motorbike rental, massages, beach..... I highly recommend staying here.

Convenient for beach, shops, restaurants.Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Wanchai, he never stopped all day, so lovely. Even though you were in a built up area it was lovely and quiet in the superior rooms, until the Cockerel started crowing out the back in the morning ;) Good choice for breakfast each morning. We found a really good food night market, turn right out of the hotel and keep walking(over stinky river bridge)until you see it on your right Cheap food and cocktails.

Photos of pool area have been enhanced, see my photo! Not enough sunbeds or parasols for everyone. Bathrooms were very dated and tired. The foyer and pool area are smaller than they look in the photos.

Aircon temperature button don't response to the setting set. Only LOW/MID/HIGH. Breakfast can improve with porridge, Thai Signature Soup Noodle.. and promote more thai style food is a plus point.

Good location, our room was on the pool wing far from the street so it was ok, but if you are close to the street it is very noisy. Breakfast was good. Pool area great and staff friendly, would stay again :)

I know he's working hard, but it doesn't feel good to stare at the plates on the table. And Even though I booked a taxi from the day before, the taxi didn't come at the reserved time, and it didn't seem to have been booked. Despite this, she asked me to pay again for the expenses after 5minutes I had just paid. I'm so sad happens because I feel this place is good location and have good staffs.
