Bed was comfy, reception staff were welcoming and good location

Sports bar not playing sport on TV. Reception didn't know what venues applied where, asked in bar area if food being served there to be told no. Then 20 mins later they brought food to another customer. Bar and restaurant staff really miserable, restaurant food average and not worth money. TV in lounge in suite didn't work, TV in bedroom only had 6 channels. I can see why Continental breakfast is free, you couldn't give it away - cold croissants, slimy ham, no fresh juice.

i understand your position talks when it comes to price. but to put what i would say is a 60/80 room at 200 for a night because england are playing is daylight robbery.

The room I was initially put in was awful the mattress was horrid you could feel the springs, the curtains didn’t close, the plug wouldn’t work in the bathroom, there was a tile loose in the bathroom and bathroom unit was water damaged and generally really tired and not great.i spoke to reception and they moved me to another room. The 2nd room was better but this is a very budget hotel unfortunately

I stayed in this hotel because it is a really short walk to Wembley Stadium and it was cheap. My friends and I had been following our favourite band on tour and this place is amazing!! We had a triple room and it was huge, we all had lots of space and the beds were really comfy.

When we pulled up we knew it was going to be bad. No cladding on building and it got worse.

We checked in hotel was disgusting not fit to be hotel. Went straight back downstairs and complained. The guy behind counter agreed with me. Left hotel checked in to premier inn plus. Please refund me with compensation. This hotel should be not advertised. It's the worst hotel I've ever entered in any where in the world.

Hotel nie wygląda jak na zdjęciu, zdjęcie zostało zrobione pewnie dekadę temu. Pokoje brudne, na ręczniku przyklejony tips! Łazienka brudna! Materace w łóżkach zarwane. Najgorsze jednak to że w pokoju były pluskwy

I like the fact the room was big with 2 double beds… plenty of room for international travellers like my friends

Too hot in the room at one point and the. Too cold through the night. The heater kept switching off once room got to temp but it didn’t keep the room warm for long and was cold again before it kicked in and was very noisy

Nice staff and nice environment, and they were flexible as well because we were suppose to check out at 11 but because we were running late back to the hotel, when we called the hotel the check out time was extended.

Would have opted for 10 but for the lack of fridge in the room, poor WiFi signal and no where to micro wave your food if you've got any makes it a bit lagging, apart from that it was a nice place

Hotel is dated,the bar was shut at 3pm after we had quecked in at 2.30pm,half used toilet roll in the bathroom, and tissue box in the room was nearly empty.poor brewing facilities,WiFi was terrible.

The breakfast was lovely and affordable. Our son ate for free

The hotel was filthy and almost nothing worked. The electricity kept tripping and none of the wall sockets worked. The bathroom was dirty and the towel rails and toilet holder were loose and kept moving. There was hair on the walls and in the bath and the floor was dirty. There was a vomit stain on the carpet. The staff were very rude and unhelpful.
