Clean comfortable room, there's a small room on the first floor with a fridge and some plates and cutlery, corkscrew and glasses and an iron/ironing board, all nice little touches which were useful during our stay. The location is fantastic, so close to restaurants, pubs, beach and pier, would definitely stay again.

The hot water in the bathroom takes a long time to come through and shower can suddenly go quite hot presumably when taps are being used or toilets flushed elsewhere in the building.

This was our first time staying at Arvon House. Joe and Adele made us really welcome from the moment we arrived. The room and the whole house were spotlesssly clean. Lounge downstairs to use if we had wanted to. Tea and coffee facilities great. Powerful shower.

everything the property is to a very high standard lovely rooms & all decorated to a first class standard it is like been home from home.

nothing the only thing is the parking you can’t always park outside the property we had to park just round the corner but still not a issue.

Absolutely beautiful place, immaculately clean, and the friendliest owners. Such a gorgeous little town and this is the perfect place to stay.

It’s quite easy to get around Especially to the shops and the beach The staff really make you feel welcome and their very pleasant to be around

Excellent value for money, and we received a friendly welcome. The location was perfect for the town and beachfront. The room was immaculate and clean.

very clean loved being able to go out for breakfast in my own time , lots of tea coffee and biscuits , stairs not to bad as I’m disabled but managed them all good

lovely old property on a very nice street of the main rd so nice and quite but still near to all the pubs and eateries ,

very clean , all areas were like new, the owners were very helpfull and on hand, great location , good sized room with alll we required in like new condition
