Pool was great as was the location.

Friendly staff and nice location 5 mins drive from city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and affordable for the room we got with a lovely sea view. Watching the sunrise from our balcony was beautiful.

The hotel pool was really cold.

The staff were very helpful in booking our tours and taxi. Location was overall good and a bonus we had good weather.

At first the noise of the planes taking off was a bit loud but you soon got used to that. The pillows dont know what they were made of but they were so uncomfortable

The location, room, and beds. Had the mountain view, it was beautiful to wake up to. The staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful.

Water would leak through the air vent above you while in the shower and throughout the day, and it didn't work.

Great place to stay if you like walking a fair way to the city, The breakfast was really nice and the location of eating poolside and overlooking the water was really nice.

The hotel is close to the Cairns hospital so the sirens from the ambulance was on and off all night. the room had 2 very small beds in it - i was expecting the room to have 1 x QS and a double. we had 2 doubles in the room. the room was also was in need of a revamp and had no microwave. they have a courtesy bus to take you to town if you dont feel like walking.

Julian and Irsalina on the front desk gave exceptional customer service.

I’ve changed the room from level 3 to level 1 due to poor wifi connection and there’s a power surge in level 1 room that have resulted my power adapter becomes faulty.

We will definitely stay again

Location was nice just a little far to walk for dinner as restaurant only opens for dinner on Thursday onwards. Breakfast was nice however tables were cleared and was hard to find a clean table. Had to ask for more food to come out when the dishes were empty.

We were a family of 4 and we stayed in The White House Port Douglas for 3 nights during December of 2023. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, Washer and Dryer. One bedroom had a double/queen bed and the other had 2 single beds. There was a decent size living room, a small breakfast table. Things that are good: - Location: It is located just 1 block from the 4 mile beach. This is super convenient. - The shower and the Wash closet are in two different rooms which was very helpful for 4 of us. - The apartment was clean and updated. - The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you need to prepare meals. We didn't use the kitchen much but there was everything. - We had different towels for the beach and different towels for shower which was super appreciated - The check-in was very convenient. You are given a code to the safe and you take the keys from the safe and check-in to the apartment. We were able to check-in without any hassles. We also went right after the Cyclone Jasper and most of the other apartments were vacant. - There is a car park for the apartment and as there were only 2 cars it was easy to find parking.

The only thing I didn't like is that we found 2 cockroaches during out stay. I hear they fly in the air and it is difficult to control them...

Location: short distance from the airport by taxi, walking distance from the city center, in front of the sea and many playgrounds for kids. Swimming pool. Very good breakfast!

bed and pillows were great. Didn't know how to use Wi-Fi no instructions. Needs paperwork on how to use Tv and Wi-fi. Information on the hotel, and menus.

Drink at the Bar were too expensive.

Good sized rooms and breakfast was very good. Staff excellent went the extra mile to assist with some work conferencing arrangements which was greatly appreciated.

Friendly staff, location was fine and there was off street parking available.

Buffet breakfast was good. Staff were generally friendly. Good economical stay.

I was not at all impressed that we were given two single beds smooshed together instead of a proper queen/king bed. On checkin we were told we would get good advice re. tours in the area but when I went down to reception, I essentially got told to go look at the pamphlet wall! The run down tennis court out the back needs to be removed or renovated ... it was a pretty 'bad look'

The beds were really comfortable and really liked the different pillows to choose from example soft/firm.

Wish there was a saucer or plate in room .

The hotel manager on duty Grace was an amazing ambassador for the hotel, she goes out her way to help, super friendly and super helpful!

the bed was a bit too soft, not enough support for the body

Brief overnight stop prior to very early morning departure so don't feel able to comment in detail. Did not utilise bar, restaurant or pool. Room comfortable and very clean with harbour view.
