ベランダから函館山と海が見え、お風呂も気持ち良く入れて最高でした。 子供の為に、ベッドをくっつけて、ベッドガードをつけてくれたのもありがたかったです。

未就学児には食事がつかないという事で、つけたとしても1人1100円掛かるといった部分は残念です。 やはりバイキングがあった方が嬉しいですし、無理だとしても、未就学児の食事は500円くらいにして欲しいと感じました。欲をいえば無料が1番良いです。

Very comfortable room. Excellent staff. Great location, very walkable, really good restaurants near by and 10 minute walk to train station. The laundry room was a god send and very reasonable price for doing laundry. Delicious breakfast.

Centralised location. Nice and clean. Courteous staff who stood up to greet us when we approach reception.

Hotel is well situated close to Hakodate fish market. Room was of generous proportions with plenty of storage space. Kitchen was an added bonus. Hotel had no restaurant so breakfast was either delivered to your room or you had a breakfast voucher which could be redeemed at one of the many restaurants in the fish market. We enjoyed this very much, meaning you could try a different style of food each day. The delivered breakfast was either a set japanese or western style. Staff was friendly and very helpful, despite the language barrier. However they used a portable translation device so there was no problem whatsoever. There are also laundry facilities in the hotel, which is useful.

Difficult to find any faults, so would definitely stay there again.
