Too noisy and Construction works on going next to window and refused to change the room.

The room was clean and comfortable, and you can give anytime call for cleaning room they will come and clean it.
Location was very near to Haram Sharif approx. 800 meters but it is in height but whenever you give call them, they will come and pick you at the down by golf cart.
24 by 7 water bottles, Tea and Coffee available with self-service.
You can sit on the open space enjoy the view and have lunch and dinner at there.
I suppose to checkout from hotel in last day at 12:00 o'clock afternoon but my train was from Macca to Madina at 7:00 o'clock evening.
The Hotel owner allow us without any additional charge to stay in the hotel and finally we left at 5:00 o'clock evening from the room, with this service I was very happy, and I feel comfortable at there due to hotel service and all.

location is very near to Haram, that is the best benefit in that hotel , saves time and efforts specially with the family

Staffs were super friendly Nasir and everyone they looked after me very well
I would say Room was tiny but to be honest looking at the price and the way staffs looked after me was amazing

The hotel was quite close to Masjid al Haraam, the last few steps required going through a slope uphill but was manageable for my family. Infact, after prayer times, a golf vehicle was available on request to help us go uphill, which was very helpful. Hot and cold drinking water was available on every floor, tea and coffee maker was provided free of charge in the lobby. The staff was very helpful. Yasir, Muhammad and Muhammad (2nd) were very cooperative.

Property is on hill, challenging for old people, location is tricky and make sure you tell your taxi driver the address of Al Thuraya Hotel which is front of this hotel. Not good for family.

over all approach of property is really tough and top of hill , really hard to move out from hotel repeatedly . Room assigned to me ,it was not room , actually it was cave ,there is no window or glass to see out side situation once you inter in room feel like in cave closed from all around and they put current in one wall to show you there is window while it was fraud to dodge you …
